We had a terrible experience yesterday at your location. I called to voice my complaint - something I never do. We had a very inappropriate and unprofessional comment on our paperwork at checkout. We buy Hondas and I don't think we will be able to go back to your establishment. This is how you serve your customers? Do better. Treat people better.

Stopped by today (2/25/25) to look at a car. had a horrible experience with salesman named Garrett. very very rude. i was looking for my first car and came across a 2017 Nissan Rouge that at first we had no clue what the average price was for the make and model and year. turns out it's around 1.5$K over priced. Garrett was extremely unhelpful and jumped to the conclusion we were buying it without even discussing it with us. very disappointed and unsatisfied. not only did you lose yourself a sale, but you lost yourself some customers too as my family goes there to buy cars.
