Forgot the sauce which I paid extra for, might not have been a big deal for the worker, as a fast food employee I get how putting sauce in someone’s bag might not seem like a big deal but it ruined my experience

Out of my last seven orders one order was right. I either order coffee they give me the wrong coffee which is just coffee and cream somehow they add sugar or they give me iced coffee I order cheeseburgers no onion they come with extra onion I ordered just a fry and it was unbelievable how bad a fry can be messed up it was soaked in oil uncooked and there was nobody in line is still took 10 minutes I'm pretty sure they just rushed my fry out because I was there. And every order took way longer than it should. I've never posted a bad review anywhere because I have better things to do with my time but this place is beyond horrible

When i went here with my friends and ordered a mcdouble they gave it to me without the patties like, literally just the bun and sauces and toppings. I was drunk when it happened and i just ate the thing and didn’t take a picture of it sorry

Kiosks are twitchy and new eventually went up to the counter. I ordered a McDouble sandwich with only cheese and it came with only one patty. I had a hard time explaining that I wanted to patties on my McDouble and only cheese.
Went back to order another fries on the kiosk, a blank receipt printed out, and no fries ever came to our table.
If it were busy, then I would understand, but it was very slow.
