When i went here with my friends and ordered a mcdouble they gave it to me without the patties like, literally just the bun and sauces and toppings. I was drunk when it happened and i just ate the thing and didn’t take a picture of it sorry

Kiosks are twitchy and new eventually went up to the counter. I ordered a McDouble sandwich with only cheese and it came with only one patty. I had a hard time explaining that I wanted to patties on my McDouble and only cheese.
Went back to order another fries on the kiosk, a blank receipt printed out, and no fries ever came to our table.
If it were busy, then I would understand, but it was very slow.

Food and service was good the only thing I can complain about was the happy meals I had gotten for my younger nephews didn’t have the correct toy in them. They had seen an advertisement about the Pokémon collaboration with McDonald’s and absolutely love Pokémon. So I got them happy meals but, sadly when they opened the boxes they found some kind of just dance toy instead.

This is a pretty busy McDonald's so I would rate the service as a friendly as it can be for the amount of traffic that was going through it at the time. Everybody was friendly just needing to be pretty quick with each person to keep everyone moving. I did have to wait at the additional waiting area for my food even though it was a mobile app order that was placed a little bit before I got there. I ordered a deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with large fry and a coke and an additional large fry. The Double Quarter Pounder meat was falling apart in the sandwich. Probably because it was just cooked fresh and pressed down is what I'm guessing because it was very good just falling apart. All the extra stuff on it was very fresh. One of the french fries were very hot and you could tell they were fresh although they were a little bit under salted. The additional french fry you could tell had been sitting for a minute and not as fresh or hot or crisp.

There are no employees. Respect for the clients, especially the 2 girls at the window. They don't know what good customer service is and they make the same mistake 3 times and the 4th time they give whatever they want, you pay for the owners' food. Before hiring, verify well because you are the ones who lose because of people like them. For my part, I will not return again and I was a client every afternoon at the same time.

Went inside to order asked for a #3 got a mc rib the cashier didn't speak English and was confused when I came back. Drive through takes forever
These people are the rudest, most passive aggressive bighearted group I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am happy to make sure it’s known this location deserves no respect whatsoever. I have been treated with zero kindness or respect each and every time.

I waited for food today for ten minutes and was rewarded with 2 double quarter pounders with cheese that were red raw! I've been eating here since the restaurant opened, never had beef handed to me red raw before, especially after the onion fiasco by the chain. I called and the Ekman started by telling me how they cook their food. I DO NOT CARE. I EXPECT QUALITY AND SERVICE comparable to the $21 total I spent today. Very disappointed, my last trip here.
