Food is ok 6/10, if you get the deals, price is reasonable, only the service is SO SLOW, I do understand all the roles they have to do, but it took us 2hours to have onion blossom, Burguer and cheesecake. This is not my first time here, and the service is the same. It’s the third and last time I try here. Place was not that clean.

Typical Outback dinner. The blooming onion is delicious but you can only take a few bites... Very salty and rich.
I had a ribeye medium rare which was good. Sorry no picture of the steak.
Our wait staff forgot to bring a few things but brought them after being reminded. They were busy. It was loud and felt a bit packed tight. Not a lot of room between tables. We'll definitely be back next time we want a chain restaurant steak dinner.

We got the Aussie, Aussie,Aussie deal and everything was great starting with the little pumpernickel loafs of bread to our salad, entrees and cheesecake. I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is charming and it is very clean. Clean bathrooms are very important to me especially at restaurants and the bathroom was very clean and they offer paper towels instead of the blowers which are known to blow unwashed fecal matter into the air. Our waitress was friendly and she was attentive to my husband needing his water refilled every 15 minutes or so. If you are on a budget and want to try Outback I highly recommend the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie deal. It has different price tiers starting at 14.99 per person for a 3 course meal.

Service was good, food was absolutely awful, never had a steak that tasted so bad in my life, it's like they covered it in pepper and way too many spices so you can't even taste the steak at all, I asked for mushrooms on the steak as well and they gave me a bowl of mushrooms in some kind of sauce that was absolutely awful as well, I got shrimp with it as well but only 4 tiny shrimp, my friend got steak and chicken and also said his steak tasted awful, and the chicken was just a pre frozen chicken strip with awful sauce on it, also got charged for sides that were supposed to be included in the meals, and also charged for the bowl of disgusting mushrooms I didn't ask for, thankfully I had a gift card so I didn't have to waste my own money on this awful experience, definitely the worst restaurant I've been to and will absolutely never go to an outback steakhouse ever again
We arrived around 430pm, were seated immediately. It took about 1.5 hours before the salad and soup came, and our appetizer never came out. The waiter said a party of 8 came and got the kitchen busy… a party of 8, not 18. So he said because of the long wait our desserts would be free, which would have been nice (more to come later).
The food finally came out, I got the sirloin and chicken mate plate, and the chicken was dryer than any food I’ve ever had. The French Onion soup was very salty, good and delicious but very salty. The steak also was over salted, but it was tasty and tender. The chicken though was un-edible, which coming from me is just bizarre, as an army vet I’ve been able to put down most anything.
When the check came, our deserts were not on the ticket, which was promised, but the appetizer that never came was listed. I asked for it to be removed and when he brought it back the desserts were on the bill. I asked about why they came back if they were free. The waiter gave us an attitude, said that because it took long they were free but apparently it was to cover the app that never came out. He took the bill and ran off; Came back, left the bill and the machine on our table and said “print two copies, one for my manager” and walked away.
The manager was also out bussing tables and checking on people but never stopped at our table. He looked at us several times, I know he noticed us sitting there for a long time without food; but never came to our table. It was just weird.

Yesterday, my wife and I had the worst experience at an Outback in the world. We are regular customers of the restaurant in Brazil, and whenever we travel, we make a point of visiting Outback a few times. However, yesterday, we had the worst experience of all the locations we’ve been to worldwide.
We sat at our table and waited an eternity to be served. We placed our order—Outback is usually known for its efficiency in delivering orders—but we waited over 50 minutes. On top of that, the “Mac & Cheese” we had ordered was missing. Since we were already exhausted from the long wait, we decided to ask for the check, and to our surprise, there was yet another delay—even to pay.
The bill was incorrect as they had charged us for the missing “Mac & Cheese.” We asked them to correct it, which led to another long wait. It was truly disappointing. We were already tired after traveling from Philadelphia and had stopped there specifically to relax and enjoy a good meal, but instead, we left even more exhausted and frustrated.
We want to express our indignation.

First and last time going here. Went on valentines day and awful experience. Food took 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering to come. I'm sure it's not like this there all the time but I will never know.

Ruined Evening at Outback !!! We arrived at 7pm our soup that seemed microwaved and the most spicy ceaser salad I've ever had with not so fresh lettuce came quickly . Then we sat and waited and waited the waitress said sorry we are a bit slow tonight next thing we know it's 8:10 the manager came over and said sorry it's going to be another 20 minutes now we have a 3 month year old baby with us and he's getting really restless!! Thankfully the manager was nice and didn't charge us for the soup and salad because they never ever put our order in and gave us free dessert coupons!!! But Ya we had to leave our baby was getting even more restless and we just didn't have the patience to wait even longer never got our entries terrible service and just not impressed at all we will never return again sorry to say !! 👎
