I really wanted to enjoy my visit, and our server was genuinely friendly and attentive — no complaints there. Unfortunately, my burger was made wrong, and not long after eating it, I ended up violently ill in the bathroom. It completely ruined my night and forced me to leave early. Very disappointed with the food quality, especially given how much we were looking forward to the meal.

Haven't been here in years but we were in area and decided to check it out again. Place was empty for 630 at night 🤔. Bartender was attentive, food I thought was ok, not how I remember when we use to visit one in Westboro all the time. No atmosphere as no one there. Had rib and steak combo and wife had steak and shrimp. If comparing to Long Horns we would choose them going forward. Wife received 4 shrimp on a piece of bread opposed to two skewers of shrimp with combo at Long Horns. Prices similar so no big savings. It was a Sunday which could explain lack of customers. Still worth a trip if you have never been as steaks were cooked perfect. Just one guys opinion. No photos as started eating before I remembered 🤣🤣

Everything was fine except I wanted tenders not boned for chicken dish...even manager made her rounds today with was very nice..waiter was very kind and pleasant
Decent atmosphere just like any chain steakhouse. Service was good, nothing more. Food….why is a medium rare steak tough like a beef jerky? Veggies were cold and the potato soup was loaded with salt. Took 3 bites and couldn’t anymore. Asked for to-go cokes and they handed me a to-go cup…I had maybe 2 sips left.

Food is ok 6/10, if you get the deals, price is reasonable, only the service is SO SLOW, I do understand all the roles they have to do, but it took us 2hours to have onion blossom, Burguer and cheesecake. This is not my first time here, and the service is the same. It’s the third and last time I try here. Place was not that clean.

Typical Outback dinner. The blooming onion is delicious but you can only take a few bites... Very salty and rich. I had a ribeye medium rare which was good. Sorry no picture of the steak. Our wait staff forgot to bring a few things but brought them after being reminded. They were busy. It was loud and felt a bit packed tight. Not a lot of room between tables. We'll definitely be back next time we want a chain restaurant steak dinner.
