My husband and I recently experienced exceptional service at Outback Restaurant in Auburn, MA, thanks to Manager Budwell. We had a minor hiccup with our order, and not only did he promptly rectify the mistake, but he also surprised us with a treat for the road. He far exceeded our expectations and truly made our day! Our food and service were great and Budwell’s outstanding customer service was commendable. We will definitely return when we visit the area again. Thanks Budwell and team at Outback (Auburn).

Bathroom smells awful. I don't know If it was a slow kitchen or slow server but the food took way too long to get out. The blooming onion and the Brussel sprouts were very greasy. The steak was decent.

kera/ keira I’m not sure how to spell in but she served a friend and i drinks, i suggested something like a mai tai with Tito’s and she came through with one of the best drinks I’ve had in awhile. She deserves a raise in my opinion. Awesome service and food !!

For some reason, I often forget that this place is here. It's great! Consistently good food, reasonable prices especially on their specials and the service is friendly, fast and professional. Is it a gourmet steak at gourmet prices? Nope! But it's a really good dinner or lunch.My favorite things are the blooming onion and the loaded baked potato.Just go. You'll be glad you did.

I gave service a 5 since she was amazing and it wasnt her fault. our table of 4 waited about an hour and a half for our food! 3 out of 4 steaks were cooked wrong. second time i went there and got our food cooked wrong. people were in the bathroom talking about how bad the kitchen was nobody could believe it.. A 222$ bill and it was a terrible experience but our server was amazing.. so an hour and a half wait (until i said something) and a 222$ bill they decided to be nice and "comp" our 1 piece of cake and ice cream we ordered for the birthday girl i will never return and i think this was my first ever food review since thats not who i am butni had to share one of the worst dining experiences ive ever had with everybody.... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else everyone

Not what it used to be. Service was very slow.Two different chicken dishes and both dishes the chicken was dry. Two others had hamburgers one was very rare, the other was cold. The strip steak was fair but not as tender a cut as I used to get. The waiter was less than helpful.
