Papa Gino's please do better. I just got my large pepperoni pizza where I ordered and PAID for extra cheese and am so disappointed. This pizza barely has cheese on it. I understand you are paying higher prices right now but again I PAID for my extra cheese. Its not like I asked you to give me anything free. I was craving a pepperoni pizza with EXTRA cheese and im sooooo disappointed. You use to be better! What happened?

Grabbed two slices of pizza looked like it had been in the warmer for months. She hands me the slices and when I tell you they were both overdone and undercooked I was shocked. Brought it back up to her and she said she couldn’t find the order for the refund, but at that point I was just sick of the experience and left. Horrible.

Extremely disappointed in the fact i went in, ordered at 4:55 and didnt get my order till 5:50 all because the employees couldnt figure out where my food went. My friend got a salad and a slice of pizza, I got a slice of pizza a steak and cheese sub and a small order of fries. They ended up having to remake my food because the cook said he already made it, but what do you know its nowhere to be seen. Extremely upsetting and frustrating that it took that long for simple food. Will not be returning to this location ever again, and a lot of unhappy customers left when I was there because of how incredibly terrible the service was. The staff need more training or consequences for how terribly that whole store is running.

Ordered a small pizza, boneless buffalo wings, hot dog and fries. It was all garbage. This place went down hill. My hotdog was so burnt it was black. Couldn’t believe they would serve that! Of course I didn’t realize this until I got all the way home. Pizza was chewy. Fries were decent, and the boneless wings were horrible.
