Best papa ginos in the chain. Been coming here since i was a child and now even as an adult its still the same amazing quality with excellent customer service. Must try if you havent already!

I had the lunch special which was two slices of pepperoni pizza and they were delicious they were so nice and hot and very cheesy and the slices were big and I only ate one and I bought one home for later. I love this place and I recommend it to everyone, all their food is great!

I took a trip here today after going to the mall because I was hungry and got a large breadstick and a cheese pizza the breadsticks were very good I shared with some friends. However the pizza was not so good I got food poisoning and it wasn’t good because my food was sitting on the counter behind the register for I don’t know how long but it wasn’t hot but they told me the wait was 20 minutes I believe I should’ve got hot pizza for waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Mind you it was 1 o’clock and they weren’t busy. I don’t think I will be returning here anytime soon.

I'm not here to bash on service, but more or less food quality. Ever since we moved to Auburn in 2020, There has been a rapid decline in food quality at Papa Gino's in Auburn. I won't get into details as it does no good these days. Just thought I'd shed some light. If your looking to spend 50$ or more on quality pizza, sides etc.. don't be surprised if it's not what you expect. Long story short a dying franchise is a dying franchise. Papa Gino's has closed a lot of its locations throughout Massachusetts. These struggling times are showing there colors especially through Papa Gino's of Auburn. I will say service is great here! but it does no good if the food is under cooked or smaller in portion and so on.

The food took 30 minutes for it to be ready and they never contacted me that it was ready. I had to go inside and ask. It is hard to find parking at night.

Someone didn't know how to make a pizza! Worst Works pizza ever shameful!
I was staying at the Comfort Inn and ordered a delivery. They delivered wonderfully made food very quickly very polite. Food was hot and well made. Delivery person was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this business.

They have gotten so overpriced. I ordered my grandson spaghetti and meatballs. The serving was small. Too small for $10.49. I waited about 25 minutes for my express lunch 2 pieces of Pepperoni pizza. My grandson is 5. You can see his serving in the photo.

Pizza was good. Dough very good. Bad side was i ordered the pizza and BONE IN wings, but got overcooked white meat and so much extra breading that comes with boneless "wings"... I won't be back.
