Ordered a Grande, got a cup filled up halfway. When I asked for more steamed milk, was questioned as it was my fault. Next time fill the damn cup

This was the busiest Starbucks I've ever been in. 20 minute wait for 2 drinks. It was fully staffed but the place was popping.

I once got mugged outside of a gas station. The person who took my wallet Thanked me for it. That was a more human experience than I had here.

I bought 5 drinks of Lemonade for my family and the cups were filled to the top with ice! Barely any Lemonade because so much ice. It was good but overpriced for the amount of ice in a medium size cup is ridiculous.

Ordered 2 drinks first one came out no problem..second one took 15 minutes to make then they put it on the counter near them and don’t call the name…then I finally asked if that was my drink and it was and it wasn’t even made right..what’s the point of asking a name if your not gonna call it and what’s the point of having a menu if your employees don’t know how to make it Smdh..Waste of money

This is by far the worst Starbucks around
I often order starbucks here. On Wednesday I ordered a matcha latte and there was no matcha in my cup. I took my drink to the car to check the bill and then went back to tell the staff at the order desk. She seemed unhappy and told the barista to add 1 more spoon of matcha. They made a mistake in my order and instead of making a new order, they added matcha to the old cup and gave it to me with an unhappy attitude. The matcha they added was lumpy and I couldn't drink it like the previous times I ordered. I received really bad service from the staff at the order desk. I was really disappointed.
I always have good luck at this location. Staff is friendly and even though it's always busy, my order comes up fast. Thanks!

My wife and I go to this Starbucks all the time and always have a good experience. The staff is great. I just want to let them all know even though my order was incorrect I am NOT upset. It wasn’t a big deal and I think I just didn’t express myself clearly. They quickly corrected it with a smile at no charge which they didn’t have to. I appreciate them and will still be coming back here. Great people who work hard and are always cheerful. Keep it up!
