The parking lot is dangerous. The price has become excessive for the product. The star system helps but the app only lets you use it once per order no matter how many items are purchased even if you have accumulated hundreds of stars.

I fell on a pile of mats and wanted the video so I can send it to Americas funniest videos and I have not heard from Starbucks yet. The wet floor sign is supposed to be for one mat only. Plus they should not be stuck in the main walkway.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is great everything is great except for that safety hazard ?

11/7/24 around 5am. The nicest lady was working there and honestly she made the start of my day amazing! I would 100% come back not only because the drinks were made great but because she was so nice and friendly :)

Server was polite, my breakfast sandwich was soggy in the bag and cheese leaked all over. It was near closing and she gave us each a free brownie pop instead of throwing them out. Favorite drink is a Grande iced upside down caramel macchiato with the double espresso shot... Yum.

Usually like this location, but my last experience made me decide that I will not be returning. I ordered an iced Americano with cream, which is my typical order. Upon getting my Americano, I noticed that the cup was mostly ice, so we asked if we could have a little less ice (I wanted more water instead). The employees openly rolled their eyes when asked to fix their mistakes. Their solution? They dumped out some ice, but didn't refill the cup, so I ended up with espresso that filled 1/4 of the cup and the rest was ice. My husband went back and asked again for a correction. I ended up with an Americano with no ice, so my order was never really what I wanted. The whole time, my husband mentioned that employees were rolling their eyes and making gestures implying that their were angry at being requested to remake the drink. I don't typically get angry, but when I am paying $5 for a coffee, I like to get what I ordered. Also, I don't appreciate attitude when I politely ask for a correction to my order. I'm sad that this happened, as Auburn used to be my go-to Starbucks location.

ALWAYS order your food separate. Every time I get my coffee with food my coffee is sitting on the counter waiting to be paired with the food that for some reason always comes out several minutes after the coffee is done. So by the time I get my hot coffee the whipped cream is all dissolved. Personally I’d rather have my croissant get cold than have no whipped cream by the time I get my coffee.

I travel the country for my job and I visit every Starbucks in the area I travel to throughout the area and I have found the best vibes here!! I couldn’t help but ask for a picture with the greatest Starbucks barista’s ever! Keep bringing a smile to every customer and the wonderful staff that made me feel so special even during rush hour!! From an Amazon smile giver it gives me a warm heart that this Starbucks turned the tables and gave me a smile!! LOVE!

The staff here are incredible, and always providing excellent customer service. They always greet as I come in the shop and and patient when I ask for something extra in my coffee. I come here everyday they know how to make a mean latte and they're all so genuine! Hands down, the best starbucks that I've ever been too!
