Missing the Ham on it, which is half of the sandwich and literally had 12 pieces of spinach on it with minimal effort to put any kind of veggies in the sandwich. Spend your lunch money somewhere else like Jersey Mike's where they give a damn

I had ordered a Steak sub and paid $3.50 for extra meat, there was more onion in my sub than meat. Never going back to another subway again. Unfortunately I ordered in app and didn't check my meal until I got home.
Service was also terrible, staff were unfriendly.
The store was a state of disarray with the customer area storing equipment and other supplies, appearing as they were in the middle of working on something (but no one doing any work).

I've been going here regularly after work since the end of last year. I have tried nearly their whole menu. I've had everything from their classic subs to their Pizza (yes they have pizza, and it's actually phenomenal, it is a small pizza that feeds 1 person but can also be easily split to feed 2 i didn't exactly measure it but I'd call it at least 5-6in in diameter. The crunchy, yet still bready crust is the best part. You can choose nearly any topping for this pizza as well.) As for the subs, I've tried nearly the whole lunch/dinner menu. I usually take recommendations from the staff who are amazing and very friendly people from my many experiences. The atmosphere of the tiny restaurant is nice and they play radio music in the dining area for all to enjoy. I've fallen in love with their raspberry cookies and occasionally find myself buying a 12 pk of them. The staff works very hard to make every customer happy and ensures that they are satisfied. Overall, it's one of the best subways I've been to. Seeing that i go here instead of my local towns subway goes to show how much great service can make a difference. 10 out of 10 recommend this subway. Also, if the staff is reading this, thank you for all that you do, you guys are the best! See you guys soon. I'll be in for the mexically sub on monday :).
Parking: Semi small lot, but it is usually fairly easy to get a spot but can be challenging at times due to there being a few other businesses that share the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible building due to their being a whole wheel chair repair company in this location.

They don't understand what I keep trying to tell them. Then they put barely anything on the sub. It's a waste of money. Jersey mike's is actually way better. They fill up that sandwhich and then some. Flavor and quality at Jersey mike's is also 100% better. Subway is just not fresh. Also thwy don't remove gloves between making a sandwich and touching the register.

Not open during posted hours: the "open" light was on, they posted hours say they open at 8:00, but the door was locked st 9:10.Also:NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR LGBTQ PEOPLE. I used to stop here at least once a week. Today, a female employee I have not seen before misgendered me through the entire interaction. The blatant transphobia was shocking. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.
