over priced and staff is nice sometimes most the time they disappear in the back

They gave me the wrong order and when I told them they were being really rude about it and the wait time was so long just for a wrong order

Green mold spots on the cheesecake topping. When we said something, the girl went into the back room, and some rude woman started yelling that it was some other topping spilled on it and never came out to even look. Half the cherries were mush from mixing old with new. When we asked about the original tart flavor, no one there knew what we were talking about. $25 for 2 cups of yogurt. We have been going there for years and will never go back. I can't believe the Department of Health hasn't stepped in.

This is the 3 rd time I’ve gone and they’ve stopped serving drinks the lady told me they stop serving drinks an hour before they close (8) because they have a lot of cleaning to do, it was 6:30 . Any one who has worked in fast food knows that’s not how that works.

I did not take a picture, but the large size of the Boba Tea 🧋IS WORTH IT! It is so yummy and has plenty in it for you to enjoy—you will love it.

We love that this Tutti Frutti location always has our favorite froyo flavors: yogurt and dragonfruit. It's what keeps us coming back! As for the toppings, they're not really worth it for us—we prefer to enjoy the froyo on its own. It's a nice treat to grab while walking through the mall and makes for a perfect snack during our shopping trips.

Atmosphere is simple. Food is good, but topping lacks popping boba and mochi.

Service is whatever. You literally serve yourself.

Everything is constantly dirty and sticky, tables are stained and they dont wipe them. I tried to check out and the server was on the phone and i stood there for like 2 minutes before she paid attention and when i paid it seemed like a huge inconvenience for her. They dont even refill the toppings or pay attention. Someone brought their dog in there without a leash and they just let it happen, around open food in drink. Wouldnt be surprised if they had bugs and mice. This place is one huge health code violation and the employees are so damn rude. Hope they close down and she steps on a lego.

They were in the back for a while before finally coming out , they had no greeting or basic respect . I paid . Then they proceeded to take pictures of me for no reason. I didn’t really even speak in general to them . Then on top of the continuous disrespect , they used their bare hands to put Oreos back into the Oreo container instead of throwing it out . How unsanitary and gross . No respect , no basic cleanliness and absolutely no etiquette . Do not go here unless you want to feel violated and become ill.

Terrible customer service. No samples. The person working behind the counter had two friends, family members, maybe off employees, whoever they were in there and they were sticking their hands in toppings and eating them. Never used a serving spoon. It was gross. It took the employee way too long to come and ring me up so I decided to leave my made yogurt right there. I wasn’t too upset knowing that I was avoiding contaminated food.

The service was good, the prices a little high. One of the small concerns I had was that I heard people shouting in Chinese inside the kitchen, but other than that the tea was good.

Employees were yelling in the back room the entire time we were getting our yogurt and toppings. It took a while for someone to come ring us up. She acted like we were bothering her by wanting to pay, and was so incredibly rude. I think this is our last time coming here.

Stopped at Tutti Frutti when I noticed they serve bubble tea. My favorite is the brown sugar boba milk tea. I love the sweetness in the flavor and they make it perfectly!
