This particular Wendy's has greatly improved its service. If it wasn't for their Frostys, we would have abandoned them at the end of the panic-demic. It took almost three years AFTER the irrational times of covid for them to get good people and good service again. They usually stayed locked up, even during business hours, so it was hit or miss with them for several years. VERY SATISFIED that they are recovering, most likely due to new, good management or Wendy's corporate "waking up" from woke.

Main lights were out, the drive through board was half out. Had to go inside. Ordered, Adrian was great, his manager was not. She was bothered when he took our question about the app to her. Soda machine was out of 80% of options. Fries were cold. Again the manager hid in the office and failed to correct the deficiencies. By far the most negative Wendy's experience ive ever had.

Got a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with No mayo, they put mayo on it. Had to go back. Baconator fries were absolutely soaked in cheese, like waaaaaay too much cheese, it was basically soup. My mom’s Son Of A Baconator was oozing mayonnaise. It was disgusting.
