I’m “busy” was the response I got from the manager on duty when I asked why I waited 10 minutes pulled up in the drive thru for my order that still wasn’t ready, as cars behind me were getting there orders. I know why they have you pull up when your order is not ready. It’s to make it seem like the drive thru is running faster than it really is to corporate. Get better managers that can run a shift properly! It’s a zoo in there and the animals run it.

This wendys switched to an AI auto order in the drive thru and its awful.
The human service was great when we got to the window, but our order was incorrect and had extra items added.
Going to find one that hasn't put this ordering system in and avoid this place at all costs.

The AI ordering experience at the drive thru was surprisingly good. Unfortunately the kitchen messed up my order so I had to go inside anyway. They remade my sandwich but forgot the mods, including the bacon that I paid $1.70 for. Another customer had the same issue. They don’t give receipts or put tags on the bags so it’s obvious why they’re getting orders mixed up.

Worst customer service!! Mangers are rude not only to customers, but also the staff and they wonder why no one last long as an employee. Food is never made correctly and getting it to be made how you ordered it is not even worth it.

Giving 2 stars because I like Wendy's but the crew here is usually awful. Ask for ketchup and they give 2 packets? When asked for more the girl at the window shut the window and turned her back and ignored our request. Debating to go back at all and that's the only reason why I am leaving this poor review.
New addition. So i ordered something so simple. A crispy chicken wrap and I open the wrapper when I get home, the tortilla is all ripped and half the food isn't even In the wrap. It's torn and cheese and lettuce everywhere. There's a TINY SINGLE PIECE OF CHICKEN in it. If I wanted a vegetarian wrap I'd have gone to Panera or D'Angelo the fact that there's continuous problems with the quality of product versus the competitor Wendy's in the same area. You have officially lost my business I would appreciate a manager to contact me as soon as possible.

Never been contacted by anyone. Shame🙏

Where to start. This Wendy's is pretty lousy. Im hoping someone sees this review and does something about their staff. Lets start by saying there is nothing open at 1130 in this area so wendys is the spot for a quick bite. But when the fries are as cold as your drink it makes you wonder why anyone ordering fries doesnt deserve fresh and hot ones. The chicken nuggets must have sat a little closer to the heat lamp, and its a good thing the burger had a custom element or else it prolly would have been pre-made. Or and lets not forget the no sauces for the nugs. Im wondering how many other customers get screwed at this place while the workers Dont seem to care.

You'd think it's just a typical wendys, but no, artifical intelligence called Fresh AI takes your order at the drive through. It asked me if I wanted a medium or large but not my partners consecutive order, so humans are still better. I was relieved to see a human at the pick up window who confirmed i had napkins, sauce and straw in the bag. Didn't go inside so can't speak to the interior.

Uses ai for their drive throu, calls you rude and trashy when the ai gets it wrong and they hear the complaints. Wouldn't recommend

My partner went here on a lunch break during a busy shift at work, and after getting frustrated with the automated drive thru, the manager came over the intercom and called her trashy and disgusting, and told her to leave. I've personally never had good service here, but after hearing about this today, I'm not coming back here again.
