Uses ai for their drive throu, calls you rude and trashy when the ai gets it wrong and they hear the complaints. Wouldn't recommend

My partner went here on a lunch break during a busy shift at work, and after getting frustrated with the automated drive thru, the manager came over the intercom and called her trashy and disgusting, and told her to leave. I've personally never had good service here, but after hearing about this today, I'm not coming back here again.

Burgers were ice cold left out for a long time french fries were also cold no one could hardly speak English nor understand it.Wendy's they used to be very good not any more worst place I have ever gone to do not eat here ever !!!!

This Wendy's is always very busy even late at night. The drive thru is quick and very thorough. The staff is always friendly

The night staff here was extremely unprofessional. I never review places but after our experience there the evening of July 4, 2025 I am 100% not returning. I know you see July 4th and think it must have been busy however, we were the only car in the drive through and they now have an AI answering service. The AI service was taking our order and one of the members using a drive through headset cut us off and told us we were done even after we said we had a few more things. Full picture: two people spoke at once and the AI picked up both at one time so a few people in the car laughed and that’s what set this person off, although again we weren’t even being taken care of by a person so it was very confusing when they got on and told us we were done. I’ve never experienced the level of rudeness this person displayed before and I have worked at several fast food restaurants in the past. All this to say I understand fast food is a stressful job but to be so rude to people who you weren’t even helping when you’re very clearly not busy is insane and I personally will never come back.
Never even got to try the food, the lady at the window got mad for us talking to their new ai robot then proceeded to yell at us for several thing and saying horrible things to our friend group, honestly one of the worst experiences in my life

If you been to 1 wendys , you been to All.. This particular location, I encountered very polite staff at the drive thru. No real complaints. But if I had to say 1, I would say the staff should be aware if the location is hiring or not. And what age they start taking applications. But others then that, I'll give them a thumbs up for their swift approach to my order and having me in and out the line in no time..Thank you!!. One last thing, we the People love the New drive thru intercoms.. way to go Wendys!!.. its only a matter of time before ALL drive thru follow your lead

Girl up front, I said hello, nothing. No smile, miserable. Rang up wrong item, had to get lady in back to correct. She was just as rude, grim look, no smile. I swiped my card and the girl had left. Might want to have a meeting on attitude, and how to greet customers. Why would anyone come into a place where the staff is miserable. Luckily other places exist that value us as customers.

We stopped to use the restroom and grab fries. They were awful. We don't eat fast food but needed something more for the long ride home... fries used to be good and naturally cut back in the days.
