I’ve been to the auburn ma Wendy’s every Thursday night and every time I’ve tried to get the orange frosty, every week they say they don’t have it, I asked why they never have it and the man argued with me saying that they had it last week which is not true because when I tried getting it last week they said they only have vanilla and chocolate. He then handed me a bag with the nuggets I ordered cold.

I was very surprised how fast this location fills orders. Took less than 6 minutes from making the order, then leaving with food.Everything was correct and I am satisfied. Definitely returning.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small ramp on the curb.

Good Wendy's location. The staff was friendly and efficient just as I had asked for it. The food is always consistently good at Wendy's locations always a slight step up from the other leading fast food burger places. The location is clean and there was plenty of parking and it wasn't too busy when we were there.

The workers here have a terrible attitude, every time I’ve come to this location something’s broken so they can’t make anything I want and this time charged my card and then tell me that they no longer have the sandwich I just paid for and instead of refunding me and doing things the right way they made a me classic chicken sandwich for the price of the specialty nacho sandwich, and STILL got all the toppings wrong. Incompetent will not be returning

They don't serve all items and the drive thru is ridiculously slow.Tried to get a baked potato; they didn't serve any. No worries, I ordered a combo chicken sandwich meal. Between placing the order at the drive thru speaker and finally getting it and driving away it took a little over 15 minutes....For a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink.Yeah maybe I'm crazy but it shouldn't take that long for a simple order. I literally was at the pickup window for at least 8 minutes so it wasn't because someone ahead had put in a large order.The food was lukewarm when I finally got it too.I don't expect miracles but there's really no reason on Earth why it should have taken 15 minutes to get my order and for it to be almost cold too.

Crazy long wait with no one else in the waiting room and no drive thru line. No joke was over 25 minutes for 1 combo meal. And every substitution (no lettuce, extra sauce) was wrong. Staff was nice

This place sucks. They don’t care about your order. At least the last ten times I’ve been there I’ve asked for no Mayo only to get home 20 mins later and my food be drenched in Mayo. One time I actually found trash from a plastic utensil wrapped up in the paper with my burger. If I was the owner I would be ashamed of how my business was “serving” the public. I wish I could get my money back for the last ten times I’ve wasted my time and money there

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Service was horrible, cold fries and wrap was barely assembled. Take out is too expensive these days — don’t waste your money here.

Two people were smoking a joint near the side of the building as I arrived. When I got in line the two people entered the restaurant, and walked into the kitchen area wreaking of cannabis. The manager reprimanded a different employee for swearing. Two employees were bickering and elbowing each other. My food was ice cold. That manager had to pretty much run the entire operation by himself. It was a comedy of errors. I would come back just to watch the chaos.
