The food was delicious, and the first drink I ordered was great as well. However, shift change started and the got a little busy so our server disappeared and we never saw her again, so my second drink never arrived and I didn't get my food until after my family finished eating. I ordered sushi and saw it just sitting on the top of the counter for 20+ minutes before someone just dropped it off. So just extremely disappointed in the overall experience. Maybe don't go here when it's busy, or during a 'shift change' because they will forget you even exist apparently.

It was very loud. You almost had to yell to have a conversation at your table because of the music volume.

Good was good but the portions were very small.

I visited Yong Shing Restaurant on Father’s Day, and despite how incredibly busy it was, the experience was fantastic... thanks to one amazing staff member who caught my attention.
There was a lovely lady named Kerrie at the counter who truly stood out. As I sat down waiting for my food, I observed , She was working so hard, handling a packed restaurant, yet she treated every customer with patience, kindness, and a genuine smile.
That kind of service, especially under pressure, is rare and absolutely worth recognizing.
The food was delicious, which is what brought me in.... but it’s the exceptional service from Kerrie that made me come back again. Her warm, respectful attitude left a lasting impression.
Yong Shing!! you have a gem on your team. I hope you recognize and reward her, because people like her are the reason customers keep coming back.

Thank You!!

Horrible place with horrible service. Drunken staff and delivery that doesn’t happen for “lack of food” at lunch time. Spare yourself, go elsewhere.

They add 20% to your bill if it’s over 100$. Then threaten if you leave reviews to warn others.

Matt Deaver

They add 20% to your bill (post-tax) without telling you or posting it in the restaurant. They threaten to sue people who warn other customers about this. Avoid at all costs unless you have extra time and money for a court battle

Jonathan Sampson

Be careful, 20% tip automatically added to bill. It is not posted anywhere when bill is over $100.
