Love this Dunkin. The people are so nice. When they do get really busy they do prioritize the drive thru over the people inside (since they don't want the cars to get backed out into the street), but they can only do so much and they do their best.

This location is always consistent. I used to go to another one local that my coffee was always different or made wrong. I have switched to coming here on my way to work and over the last year my coffee was wrong 1 time and it was someone training and it was fixed quickly with apologies. Their prices are actually cheaper than the Shirley and Devens locations as it's a different owner. Glad I switched to coming here.

Blow away with the service and quality of my order and experience this morning, drive thru line was 6 deep, and it mooved very quickly and efficiently with minimal wait times between each order placed. When receiving my beverage and food, both came out as ordered and at the appropriate temperature. Thanks, dunks, for starting my morning off on the right foot! Strong work!
