This location closed earlier than the posted time. This is really inconveniencing and unprofessional . If they close earlier on Sundays then they should the store hours.

I ran in 10 minutes before closing. The cases were empty and I asked if there was any donut, bagel, anything they could grab for me and they insisted they were sold out of every item. I asked for an iced coffee and they said they were sold out of that, as well. Literally 2 young women standing there refusing to sell me anything 10 minutes before closing. I understand that they wanted to close up and go home, but this is terrible service.

Been to hundreds of Dunkin locations over the years. This one used to be fine. I don’t know what happened, but this location is now just about the worst I can think of. Too many problems to list, but the main issue is that most of the people that work there are miserable and suck at their job. I would have spent hundreds of dollars there over the next few months while I work in town, but now I will go somewhere else.
The food left a lot to be desired, but at least the coffee I had was… functional.

Polite, long wait, sourdough sandwich cold not toasted when you pay almost 7 dollars it should be he hot. I'm working so I can't bring it back. I ended up throwing it out. So I'm still hungry and wasted money. Won't buy sandwiches again from there

Over the last month I don’t know what has happened but the reliability of service has been horrible. Hair in food. 15+ minutes in drive thru line before I threw in the towel and said I can’t wait any longer. And this morning was second in line at the drive through and when I got to the front was asked to wait. Ok no problem. Waited 5 minutes and they now tell me that the drive thru was closed due to no staff. I asked why they couldn’t have told me that instead of asking me to wait and they claim that they had. No more. I’ll go out of my way to avoid it in the future
