it never feels. My order is always wrong. I don't understand how at 1130 quarter of 12. It's a hamburger place, and they park you to get your hamburgers. They need to get new management better employees and check their orders. There's always something wrong with them.How does my grandchildren eat their nuggets without sauce or why is there egg when I said no egg.

Just don't order from them. Worst location in Middlesex county. Cancels orders after 30 min out of pure laziness. Its almost as if they are not a chain restaurant with no sense of responsibility to honor an order before they close.

Ever since they put the kiosks in there’s no one working at the counter. I waited 10 + minutes lat night to order and no one even came to the register. I made eye contact with three separate people in the kitchen and no one came to take my order so I just left. This is the third time this has happened. I guess cash is no good anymore

I ordered a cheeseburger, I’m not sure the employees know the difference because I was given this… beef and chicken are in fact different Also why have two lines open with one person working them going back and forth? Makes no sense.

Worst customer service and extremely slow! EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Over 20 min in the drive through line being the third car in line. Don’t ever use!
