Ever since they put the kiosks in there’s no one working at the counter. I waited 10 + minutes lat night to order and no one even came to the register. I made eye contact with three separate people in the kitchen and no one came to take my order so I just left. This is the third time this has happened. I guess cash is no good anymore

I ordered a cheeseburger, I’m not sure the employees know the difference because I was given this… beef and chicken are in fact different Also why have two lines open with one person working them going back and forth? Makes no sense.

I got their Steak Egg and Cheese on an English muffin like I do when I want breakfast. This was my first and only time at this mcdonalds and I ordered through the app and food ready on the counter when I got there. I left and bit into the steak egg and cheese and this is the first time the steak was over cooked enough to where it wasn't it's usually greasy moist self. I didn't finish the sandwich and ws just disappointed. No other issues with this McDonalds but this was the 1st and only time the steak was over cooked.
