We get food here sometimes just cuz it's the only place still open at night but it's not good. Tonight we got a pizza and onion rings and it was the second worst pizza I've ever had in my life and the worst onion rings I've ever had from a pizza place, my mom called them grocery store onion rings. We're done, not ordering from here again, it's not worth the disappointment.

Tasty pizza and super friendly staff. This was our first visit, but surely won’t be our last!

Good local bar/resteraunt. Good food and a great beer selection. Always friendly staff. Usually the bar area is full of regulars. This is always a good sign.

Delicious pizzas (Angry Beekeeper, Buffalo chicken , Mashachusetts, Steak & Cheese) , yummy chicken (maple buffalo tendies.). I would still eat if my work location hadn’t moved 35 miles away.

Service is super slow, prices are super high. Not with the visit. 2 pizzas, 4 soda and 2 wines is $140.00 ridiculous for Ayer Ma. Would not recommend.

Been going here for years and I have to give a huge shoutout to the Julian Fam. You have blended the old with the new is such an excellent way. The welcoming vibe and infamous pizza are still there. The interior improvements look absolutely amazing, really adding to the dining experience. The new food items (short rib poutine for example) are out of this world. My hubby loved your in house NEIPA. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community and investing in a local business!!!

I visited this restaurant for the second time and was disappointed. I ordered The Klucker sandwich with a side of slaw. Unfortunately, the slaw looked brown and seemed old, while the middle of sandwich the chicken pattie was cold, and soggy bread that was unappetizing. It even made my stomach upset. My child’s nuggets were also cold. It’s essential for the kitchen staff to follow food safety protocols regarding temperatures. I hope they can improve this in the future.

The prices are the only thing keeping it from a higher rating. Food is decent. Took my son there for lunch and we ordered chicken fingers and fries for him, drinks for both of us, shared a pretzel and I ordered a salad and added chicken to it.

$95. Not joking.

Salad was great, but damn it’s expensive there.

We had a large group and our waitress was so pleasant and helpful. The food was great and the historic photos inside are so interesting. Will definitely return.

Just not worth it. Also find it distasteful when places respond to every negative review with excuses.

I'll start with the positive. The Short Rib Poutine was delicious, I wish we'd just placed an order for 3 of those because the meat was tender and juicy, the fries were crispy, and the cheese curds and gravy were both great. The girl at the counter when I picked up the order was very nice and service was fast. We didn't eat in, but the place did look very nice with a great atmosphere.

Now the negatives. I called at least 6 times before the phone was answered. I wouldn't have minded if it was the weekend or even dinner time, but I was calling before 4pm on a Wednesday so I don't really understand why it took so many tries. If that had been the only problem I wouldn't be writing this review. Two other small gripes before I get to the real problems...unless I missed it there is nowhere on the ordering menu that says the size of the pizzas and there is no option to place a take out order online while selecting to pay cash when you pick the order up. So, the bigger problem was the pizza. I ordered a plain pepperoni and a Ko'ala Moa which was supposed to have fried chicken, sautéed onions, pineapple and a BBQ drizzle. I ordered both pizzas crispy, but apparently to them that means burnt. I mean I like some char, but the entire bottom of the crust was BLACK and made the whole bite taste just burnt and bad. Then on the Ko'ala Moa the chicken was just atrocious. It was like hard dry pieces of a McChicken patty, so tough, so bad. There was no pineapple on the pizza at all and they put the BBQ sauce on the side for some reason. The pizza was so dry and burnt and just hard to eat, we threw most of it away. A real waste of $60.

The whole reason I wanted to eat here is because a coworker gave me a piece of the pizza she had gotten from there and it was really good, so maybe they just had an off night, but it was just so bad it's hard to ignore. Again, the poutine was great which is the only reason I didn't give 2 stars, if all we'd gotten was the pizza we'd have all been hungry because we couldn't even eat it. I'd go back for the poutine and maybe I'll try the pizza again one day, but this was a really bad experience.
