Dine in exp: Food was old. Tortia and chalupa stale. None of the drinks worked. Disaster and they wanted me to not say anything as they placed a cup on the food and vanished before I could complain. When I went up to the register met with no answers zero problem solving skills and they took my drink cup and filled it with what was said to be mountain dew but none of it resembled that drink.

Super understaffed. Fix your microphone or open in store because the workers couldn’t hear anything and it took super long to order. They then proceeded to mess up my order and give me beef when I asked for chicken and I religiously can’t eat beef so I should be suing right now, y’all lucky

Literally every time I order a supreme taco I add a sauce. That's it. I don't alter anything. They never and I truly mean never, put the tomatoes and sour cream on. It is quite a bit extra to order supreme. Why would I order a supreme if I didn't want the stuff that makes it a supreme? It adds up very fast. It is too expensive for this to be the case EVERY time. Once or twice when its busy I can be more forgiving but even when it was totally dead they get it wrong. No more. I'll go to Wendys.

Employees never want to work at this location. Went here for the second time with no service. Tonight at 10:30 4 vehicles in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with no movement. Another customer went to the window to find 3 workers inside just hanging out refusing to address the drive thru with the lobby closed just hoping people would just drive away.

Was standing at the counter for 10 minutes being completely ignored. I work for Amazon so I can’t use the driveway, woman worker tonight’s shift could have cared less. Kept looking at me and ignoring me while answering the window. The other worker was cooking the tacos and changing garbage all with the same gloves. I’m good, never recommending this type of service

I ordered online 2 lux boxes and 2 chalupas. Both chalupas were missing and the tacos from the boxes. The lux boxes weren’t even given in the boxes as normal. They were thrown into the bag in a mess making it difficult to check all the items in the drive thru. Not sure how such a big mistake could be made when ordering online.
