Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I don’t think they’ve ever not messed up my order. Ordering a “veggie meal” and every time they put meat in… literally the dumbest thing to do. Not recommended at all

Ordered online and went to pick up the food. Stood at the register for 20 minutes and no one came to help even after saying hello for several times. Everyone just kept ignoring us. WORST STORE EVER… someone came after us and he was served before us.

Dine in exp: Food was old. Tortia and chalupa stale. None of the drinks worked. Disaster and they wanted me to not say anything as they placed a cup on the food and vanished before I could complain. When I went up to the register met with no answers zero problem solving skills and they took my drink cup and filled it with what was said to be mountain dew but none of it resembled that drink.

Super understaffed. Fix your microphone or open in store because the workers couldn’t hear anything and it took super long to order. They then proceeded to mess up my order and give me beef when I asked for chicken and I religiously can’t eat beef so I should be suing right now, y’all lucky
