My husband and I had a great experience here. It was our first time visiting the restaurant in quaint downtown Ayer. The restaurant is right by the Ayer commuter rail and has an outdoor patio during nice weather.
He got the Cuban sandwich and I got the harvest salad. They were both delicious. The salad was very yummy and full (not just a bunch of lettuce). I didn't even need the dressing because it was so good. It tasted what I imagine fall to taste like. It was one of the best salads I have had before.
Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She brought us a big bottle of water at the start and offered to bring me lemon for mine when I said that I was going to stick with water for my drink. The prices were decent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our visit.
There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant and on the street that is free of charge.
There are high chairs available for little ones.
Vegetarian options: There are salads and sides that are vegetarian. There are also some flatbread options.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is great but the service is even better. I came in with party of 6 right shortly after it opened. We were welcomed right away and sat down in a spacious area. The waitress immediately asked if this spot was ok. I was there with my elderly parents (one who was hard of hearing) but the waitress was soooo pleasant, patient, and helpful. My parents don't have large appetites so they stuck with soup. My father asked if they had any garlic bread on the menu. The waitress said they don't but could ask the chefs to whip something up. Shortly after, toasted buttered bread was brought to our table. This genuine care and generosity is something I truly admired. I was blown away by my visit. Kudos to the ENTIRE staff.

I went here for a celebratory event and this place was amazing. It was my first time and the waiter Max was a great guy! Me and the people that came with all got good quality meals and they were delicious! I would absolutely recommend going here whether for something small or something big, this place is for it all! A must go with amazing food options and a lovely interior with great seating
