I am just taking a moment to give positive feedback for what I would consider an outstanding employee- he is a Manager and his name is Mike and he works during the day and sometimes evenings as well.
I don’t care who you are or when you go, if you deal with Mike at all I have to say he is just EXCELLENT to deal with as he is pretty much always CONSISTENTLY pleasant, polite, courteous, super kind, calm, cool and collected, always fair and helpful and professional and works so hard all the time for Wendy’s and Wendy’s customers ! He works hard to make something right for a customer (within reason of course) when occasionally there is an issue while also doing a good job for his employer Wendy’s!
In my (hopefully humble!) opinion Wendy’s would be wise to hold onto this gentleman at all costs and offer every possible opportunity that may be available!
YOU WILL NOT FIND SOMEONE WHO IS BETTER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHETHER IT BE EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS !!!!! SOME FORTUNATE COMPANY (GO WENDYS!) SHOULD INVEST ALL THAT THEY POSSIBLY CAN TO DEVELOP THIS YOUNG MAN TO THE MAX!!!
I actually look forward to seeing him when I am craving a Wendy’s burger as it is so refreshing to order your meal from someone who even has a few of these qualities let alone someone like Mike and so

Pulled up to the drive thru, gentleman taking the order did great, pulled around the corner to the window. In front of me is two employees smoking and spitting all over the place . Standing right next to the window. This is disgusting 🤢. I got my order and left. I usually go there and never had a problem. But this is just not right .. tell them go out back or something.. distasteful and don't know when I will be back
Great burgers ? ? ? ? ? 10/10 would go again. I got excited when they gave me a free straw bc mine broke and I was super bummed but now I'm not cuz i have the straw. Very good.

While waiting for my car to be repaired, I decided to grab a quick bite at Wendy’s and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. This particular Wendy’s was the cleanest I have ever visited, with a noticeably well-maintained dining area that made my short wait quite comfortable. Additionally, the service was exceptionally cordial; the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find such a clean and welcoming fast-food restaurant, and the great customer service only enhanced my visit. For anyone looking for a quick, satisfying meal in a clean environment, this Wendy’s definitely stands out as a top choice.

Waited at the counter for 7 minutes watching two ladies count change before another employee came up to take my order. I ordered a 2 sandwich for $3.00 that's on and advertised sign hanging in the parking lot. They charged me $3.69 each plus tax. I questioned it and was told the sign was "outta date". I didn't argue, just left. While eating these "fresh made" biscuit breakfast sandwiches, I almost went back. The eggs where crunchy, sausage was cold and the biscuit was the only edible part. Will NOT be returning to this particular location. This was my third "unsuccessful" trip to this location.

I don't know why they only have 3 stars I travel a lot and the service was fast friendly the food was fresh and my order online was easy and accurate and I had modifications on the orders for me and my friends I recommend this clean fresh fast and friendly restaurant to anyone they are doing it right must have good management it shows
