Woo Jung in Ayer, MA is hands down one of the best Korean restaurants around! Every dish is bursting with flavor, and the portions are generous — you’ll never leave hungry. The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and served with care.
My personal favorite is the Gan Poong Gi Bab — it’s absolutely incredible! Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with that delicious sweet-and-spicy flavor that keeps me coming back every time.
The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels cozy and inviting. Whether you’re new to Korean cuisine or a longtime fan, Woo Jung is a must-visit. Consistently delicious food, great service, and outstanding value — truly a 5-star experience every time!

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, But the prices increase are absolutely absurd. I just spent $72 on two different things. How is that possible? I’m so disappointed I will not be returning back because the food is not $72 worth.

Woo Jung serves incredible authentic Korean food. I've been here so many times and each visit, the food is always amazing.
This is a hidden gem that is a little far from me in Worcester, but it's worth the drive.
The free bowls of Korean apps they give out are very tasty too. I attached a photo of them.

Order food from their online menu which was a picture of their menu. Went to pick up and pay and they wanted to charge me 15$ extra per plate !!! Absolutely ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend will get ripped off

I decided to try this place out because many local people said it's a wonderful restaurant. Upon arrival the parking lot was almost full however there was plenty of seating in the modest and clean dining area. We both ordered the Bulgo Ge and it was excellent. I really like the Kim Chi it has just the right amount of hot and sweet.

Very disappointed. Food is good, service is good, atmosphere is restricted by space. I loved this place for years, but...
We ordered to-go from the online menu at their website only to arrive and see a hand written piece of paper taped to the window saying the prices have gone up and an updated menu is on Facebook.
They went up alright. Online the Egg drop soup was $3.00, now $8.00. Jab chae $13.50, now $25.00. Mapo tofu $15.00, now $27.00. Quite a shock when given the bill.
That's a 150% increase on the soup and nearly a 100% I crease on the others.
Something should have been said on the phone before the order.
We will not be returning.

We have been there several times over the decades and it just keeps getting worse, the setting is very old and dirty. Not worth going. Maybe if the place was renovated, cleaned up and the quality upgraded, but not currently.
