charming friendly smallish place...brunch on a sunday...all pleasant and even had some live jazz playing...drinks different and interesting, same goes for the food, had the breakfast nachos very good and also the french toast( i think it was) but it was thick and almost like a bread pudding, very good also...small place and service was slowish, perhaps the morning crowd was more than they anticipated....but really liked it here, will be back!!!
We went for the first time recently and were really impressed with the commitment of the owners - Dewey and Jayleigh - to providing a great experience. I had mac and cheese (made with mozzarella cheese) and my husband got the nachos which were both plentiful and topped with homemade salsa and other tasty things. The blondie for dessert was incredible: warm and flavorful. The only reason I didn’t rate the food as 5 stars is that there aren’t really any healthy/lighter options....
There was a torrential downpour the Saturday I visited, but it seemed like every table was seated. People were cheerful and talking and laughing and enjoying their food. I started with a cocktail that was made with Satan’s Brew (from Deep Roots Distillery), sweet and dry vermouth, homemade cherry simple syrup and garnished with a slice of blood orange and a stemmed cherry.
