Let me tell you about this cake....... Yesterday, my daughters surprised me with an incredible surprise Birthday Party. I was overwhelmed with the fact that people came from near and far to join in the fun. One of the highlights of the party was this amazing cake. Everyone raved about how not only beautiful, but how delicious this cake was. Often cakes are decorated beautifully but leave you with that. Amanda’s cake was so moist and flavorful. Mine was white coconut with strawberry mousse in the center. I have a large piece left to enjoy today with family. Thanks so much Cakes by Amanda, we will be talking about this cake for a long time. How accommodating Amanda was in producing a small complimenting cake that was allergy free for some of the guests. We all go to eat cake!
