This Dunkin' has room for improvement. Drive thru line is always backed up & it's confusing to understand why because whenever you go inside the building, most employees are usually busy assisting drive thru customers, while counter service is being neglected. I have stood at the counter before for several minutes before even being acknowledged by staff. They also commonly make mistakes by getting your order wrong. One suggestion I have for those on drive thru is please allow customers to finish ordering before repeatedly interrupting to ask if that's all or whether their order is complete. When you do this, it's difficult to get orders to you & also seems as if you're talking more than listening, which is likely why you often make mistakes. I don't have too many complaints about the beverages or food, it's mainly just the service although one issue with the iced coffee is that they NEVER melt the sugar, so it's all stuck to the bottom of the cup. You must request napkins here as well, because they will never include them in the bag...no matter what you order or how much food you get. Very frustrating!

The dunkin is gross. The floors had so much dirt and debris on them, the rugs weren't vacuumed in a very long time. The counters were sticky, and had food crumbs on them. It looks like no one cleans there at all. The front counter person didn't greet us, was flipping a water bottle and catching it. Was glad to get out of there. Just gross.

One of the dunkins in central MA. Manager is a nutcase and they never make your order right. My refresher had zero ice and food was incorrect. Employees get screamed at here a lot and just don’t care. Horrible.

I frequent this Dunkins but I will no longer be giving them my service. On several occasions they sell my a completely warm energy drink that has not been in a cooler. WHO TF WANTS A WARM DRINK THATS MEANT TO BE COLD??? Also when I get the mixed Berry Burst energy, it's completely flat like the sparkling water gas been sitting with the cap off. You guys seriously suck

I wish I could give 0 stars I went earlier today I had a mobile order for walk in and I had to wait for over 40 minutes to get any of my items which were a medium ice coffee black and hash browns. As I was waiting for my order I saw others waiting as well. The Manager was only focused on drive thru she even yell at the employees when they tried to make our drinks saying that it could wait. Absolutely ridiculous this Manager should be fired or needs to retire.

I am a daily patron here often times twice a day. There has been a decline in service offered on recent weeks. My order for an iced coffee was served as an iced tea. Upon making the correction, the young man advised me to speak up next time. Given my inherently loud voice, this is something I don't ever hear.
Everyone has a bad day. I get it. Taking a break to get a coffee should be a pleasure and when it turns into a task then what is the point. I will be taking a pass on future visits. I have a Keurig. Later

Got some coffee at 9:30 am and it tasted so old it was a struggle to keep the sip down. Incorrectly made after multiple attempts to give my order as well. Forgot my hash browns and my bagel was burnt. Don’t see myself going back to pay for trash tbh.
Omg do not use the bathroom. No soap, clogged sink, no toilet paper and the holder is broken anyway so I don’t know there has been any in there for a while…. Everything is nasty. Then they made me the wrong item. I took it as I just wanted to get the hell out and not wait for it to be corrected. You don’t need coffee that bad. Keep driving.

Someone needs to look into the manager at this location she’s horrible to her employees I was there earlier today and she was screaming at two of her employees not even trying to listen to what they were trying to say. I would understand if they were doing something wrong but from what I could see they were doing what she asked. It’s always like this, she makes it really uncomfortable to be there.

Today I got a $6 meal deal + a wrap with avocado + a plastic knife. In the past, they never remember the knife. They were busy and asked me to pull up and wait which is fine I’ve worked at dunks before I get it. When I got my stuff I check to make sure the knife is there… it’s not :( I go back in to get it. I go to work. Get to work and realize the hash browns for my meal deal wasn’t in thereðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ disappointed
