I personally had no issues with timing. It was ready within the 20 minutes I was told over the phone. This was at 7:30ish pm.
It doesn't really stand out as different from most other pizza places. I would give them another go.

several months ago We ordered 2 glutenfree pizzas with broccoli and other veggies. They were burnt terribly ! We ate them as our guests and us were hungry. We joked about how there were very few broccoli and we couldn’t recognize them as they were black. I figured maybe there was an inexperienced cook in the kitchen or someone was having a bad day and made a note not to go there again BUT having read more reviews on here it sounds so good we will try it again soon. Hopefully the weekend cook is better trained by now!

Cold pizza. Did they give me someone's unwanted order? Just strange. And previous pizza orders have been over done, meaning the bread and cheese is clearly left in the oven too long. I recommend finding another place to stop for meals. They're actual good ones in town and nearby.

The chicken cutlet was just two chicken tenders, very small serving and way over priced. The old owners were so great it's a shame it sold. It is worse than subway when it comes to portions.

The food is delicious! The online ordering is easy and convenient. They dont disappoint! I had the chicken salad wrap twice now. Curly fries and chicken parm sub, chicken bacon ranch wrap absolutely 100% delicious and under 20 minute wait. My family can't wait to try the pizza. They have become a new favorite, and Im a picky eater. They are very accommodating to your order. I dont like lettuce , I asked for spinach instead, and its not a visible choice. They made my wrap perfect! If you dont want to cook I highly recommend ordering!

Ordered a party pie with wings at 5:20pm on a Monday. We ordered it delivery and the house was about 12 minutes from the store. They said it would be an hour. An hour and 20 minutes later we called wondering when the food is going to show up and they hadn’t left the store yet and needed to double check our address. After another 30 minutes we got a call from the delivery driver who was in the wrong town at the wrong address and yet again was asking for the address. We decided to go to the store to just pick it up. When we picked it up we asked for some money off for the inconvenience and luke warm food, they just said no and proceeded to blame us for giving them a bad address, even though we provided it 3 times and spelt it out letter for letter one of the time. On top of that the pizza is a big doughy pile and wings are tiny.

When you fail and a customer points it out, take the time to apologize. Instead you took the time to be defensive. It doesn’t make you look good. Being busy doesn’t negate the fact that you told a customer 40 minutes and they had to drive to the store to find no one had even began to make the food for the order. Your response makes you look bad, not better. In this case your team did in fact fall short. A simple apology and an offer to try Magical Pizza again in hopes of a better experience would have been professional. Instead you made me decide not to order from you.

How come this place only has 3.2 stars? I just walked in here with my wife She had a meatball grinder. She talked the meatball grinder was fantastic. I just had one of the best Greek salads add chicken I have a had. It was packed with fresh vegetables peppercinis tomatoes olives tons of spinach purple cabbage onions fresh carrots.. very generous portions of chicken. Enough that I'll be taking half of that salad home.. The feta cheese was delicious.. This is a five star Greek salad add chicken.

1st time ordering from Magical Pizza in Barre, Ma. Pizza was phenomenal! Subs were also good. Service including ease of online ordering and delivery were spot on. Thank you for the excellent food and great experience. Look forward to ordering from Magical Pizza again!

Repair Shop. Ordered $70.00 of food for my small team for after hours celebration of a big job well done. Here are the Diagnostic results: Connected via basic telephone comm line to Northeast Pizza ECU to request a food order. Systems basic professional performance was missing. Was told it would be 45min to 1hr. to process order. At 1.5hrs. and not even a system message to alert us of the extensive delay, I tried to reflash the ECU with a communications inquiry ping. This time the Barre ECU was not even responding to pings. At 2.5hrs food finally arrived via fuzzy logic driver. In reviewing the food order processed by the Barre Northeast Pizza ECU, it was only partially correct. Attempted to review printed receipt attached food order, however it was nothing but a blank strip of register tape. Results of diagnostic; Barre Northeast Pizza failed miserably on every level to perform this basic food order diagnostic. Hungry Mechanics + Unprofessional Food Service = Well Deserved Bad Review. Not the first time we experienced incompetence from the Barre Northeast Pizza, but certainly it is the last. Never again. Comm terminated.

Food is always good, but never ready on time. 9 out of the last 10 times I've had to wait beyond the time given, even when coming past the pickup time. There's always excuses, but never accountability, especially from customers that come thru regularly, to keep up with the service and don't commit to times you cant ever meet. Over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and then having to wait even longer as they weren't even started to be made, never mind cooked, at the 30 min mark when I arrived. Staff can't be bothered to help each other and are just rude to customers after not having orders ready on time. If you can't commit to the time given and run it properly, hire more quality people.

I can’t complain about the food, but I do have to say the service is absolutely horrible. I have been a few times and try to give them the benefit of the doubt seeing as we normally order on a Friday or Saturday and those days can get busy. Every time we step in there there is only one male who works his butt off but not a single other staff member can be bothered to actually do their job and help each other out.
