Repair Shop. Ordered $70.00 of food for my small team for after hours celebration of a big job well done. Here are the Diagnostic results: Connected via basic telephone comm line to Northeast Pizza ECU to request a food order. Systems basic professional performance was missing. Was told it would be 45min to 1hr. to process order. At 1.5hrs. and not even a system message to alert us of the extensive delay, I tried to reflash the ECU with a communications inquiry ping. This time the Barre ECU was not even responding to pings. At 2.5hrs food finally arrived via fuzzy logic driver. In reviewing the food order processed by the Barre Northeast Pizza ECU, it was only partially correct. Attempted to review printed receipt attached food order, however it was nothing but a blank strip of register tape. Results of diagnostic; Barre Northeast Pizza failed miserably on every level to perform this basic food order diagnostic. Hungry Mechanics + Unprofessional Food Service = Well Deserved Bad Review. Not the first time we experienced incompetence from the Barre Northeast Pizza, but certainly it is the last. Never again. Comm terminated.

Food is always good, but never ready on time. 9 out of the last 10 times I've had to wait beyond the time given, even when coming past the pickup time. There's always excuses, but never accountability, especially from customers that come thru regularly, to keep up with the service and don't commit to times you cant ever meet. Over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and then having to wait even longer as they weren't even started to be made, never mind cooked, at the 30 min mark when I arrived. Staff can't be bothered to help each other and are just rude to customers after not having orders ready on time. If you can't commit to the time given and run it properly, hire more quality people.

I can’t complain about the food, but I do have to say the service is absolutely horrible. I have been a few times and try to give them the benefit of the doubt seeing as we normally order on a Friday or Saturday and those days can get busy. Every time we step in there there is only one male who works his butt off but not a single other staff member can be bothered to actually do their job and help each other out.

The best pizza in Barre. Probably for several towns. Crust is phenomenal as is thr sauce. A happy accident with fresh mozzarella on the pie was a game changer to say the least!!!!!

food is always ridiculously late, despite living no less than 5 minutes away. i ordered at 5pm, was given a 1.5 hour wait time and it never even showed up even after calling to check in. i don't know what's going on over there but if you can't complete an order 3 hours before you close, i don't think you should be open at all.

Pretty useless establishment. I tried calling at 4:30 to put in an order. Busy signal. Tried again at 5 and still the same result… so I put it in on the website instead… we live about 5 minutes from the restaurant but I don’t have a car so I got delivery. 2 hours and ten minutes later the kitchen is closing soon and they’re still giving me a busy signal while I’m trying to check on the status of my order that should’ve been here 40 minutes ago. Wow.

Ordered two large pizzas... Great! Customer service is great and friendly place to go.Out of all the Northeast Pizza places I've been too... it's a tie between West Brookfield and Barre. I've been to the one in Leicester and really didn't like that one... although they have a bar attached to that one. I have yet to go to the Webster one.

I ordered food at 630 never got it , called they told me driver went to egal hill instead of delivering and it's now 817 still no food I may sue for them taking my money and not delivering
