Board of health shut them down. Search for the news articles on it, sounds like years of neglect on food standards and best practices
Will randomly cancel delivery orders half an hour into ordering with no explaination

The restaurant itself was nice. The staff were nice. Just extremely overpriced and poor quality food. My chicken was like shoe leather. Not how I remember the restaurant to be. Never going back.

⭐ 1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly frustrating. The food was bland and poorly prepared—nothing tasted fresh, and some dishes were barely warm. We waited far too long for our meals, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.
To make matters worse, the staff altered the tip amount after we paid. This is not just unprofessional, it's unethical. We noticed the discrepancy only after checking our receipt later.
Between the bad food, long wait, and unauthorized tip change, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options in the area—this one isn't worth your time or money.

I used to go to Bamboo in Dedham all the time, and enjoyed my experiences there, so I figured the Bedford location would be a similar experience (or even better...because Bedford = wealthy town). But boy was I wrong. The most problematic thing was that a mouse was running around loose in the dining area (near the front of the restaurant), and two employees witnessed our reactions to the mouse, and did absolutely nothing. They just stood there and watched, completely unfazed. Of course this happened right as we were leaving. Had I seen it earlier, we would have been out of there right away.
Secondly, the food was just really bland, and I don't know why. I got the tofu and eggplant, and it tasted like nothing. The ginger ale I got was also very flat. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars to the food is because the Philadelphia roll I ordered from the sushi bar was pretty good.
And I want to add that while it was a quiet night when we were there, the hostess was sitting at a table eating her dinner not far away from us, watching something on her phone loudly. And then would get up each time someone walked through the door. Get someone to cover you while you're eating, and take your meal to another part of the restaurant, away from customers. Not very professional. The staff appear to be zombified and not into their jobs at all.
In summary: rodents, lousy food, and lackluster service = never stepping foot into this dump again.

You can definitely find cheaper Chinese food, but bamboo atmosphere and service worth the money. Given this is buffet food quality. I think they are not bad at all. Refill is very quick too. Sushi usually run quickly and they were refilled quickly too. I think you can easily eat your money back and more. Soup on the other hand was one of the worst. Chicken Wing and scallion pancake were on the dry side.

My wife and I have eaten here a few times now. We've ordered off the menu each time (haven't tried buffet). Yesterday I had the beef with peppers and onions, my wife had a lobster dish, and we shared crab rangoon. All of it tasted fantastic. Service was great. Atmosphere was comfortable.

Very Disappointed. Crab Rangoon had very little filling and chicken wings had very little meat. There was hardly fried rice was tasteless. We spent a lot of money on my grandson’s birthday when we would have been better off getting take out from the Burlington Jade.

Amazing Beijing duck (Peking duck). A full duck runs $80; but with additional soup and appetizers, one duck was solidly enough for me and my 2 large men friends.

Buffet was awful no flavor other then tasting something hot..too hot infact... the temperature of the food on the buffet, nothing hot! Ordered some sushi took forever & was terrible no ell sauce on it & the inside was so chewy almost impossible to eat. Waitress took it off our bill... which was way to pricy concerning the lack of quality of food.. don't waste your money. We won't be back
