Do not come here unless u wanna waste ur money. All I have to say is that Gordan Ramsey would def make a lot of money if they put this place on his show. I get it everyone is trying their best but this place wow its on a different level.

Don’t go here. I worked at this place for a day and what I saw made me never want to eat here. Food handling was unsanitary — the boss would touch food with bare hands, pick up dropped food and put it back on plates, and rush through orders. The whole place is basically run by him alone, so service is slow and it takes forever to get food. One customer’s chicken dish had to be remade three times because it was completely dry and wrong each time. It has been almost two weeks and I am still struggling to get my paycheck for that day because he keeps avoiding it, which shows how poorly this place is run. There are definitely better, cleaner options.
Came here on my lunch break, we got sat down and it took over 20 minutes for someone to come back and take our order. The tables behind us were being very acknowledged. We ordered. Another table came in after us and order - they received their food first and we still were stuck waiting over 40 minutes to get our food. On top of this, once we got our food, it smelled like it had been sitting there and it was spoiled. I would never recommend this place to anyone. So unfortunate because I’ve heard good things about them

The only thing that tasted ok was the water. I wasn't the only customer unhappy with their food as i saw other tables returning it. Extremely disappointed.

Been wanting to come here for years. Finally, my finicky wife suggested we go. Saturday evening at about 7:00. Nobody else was there. Service was just fine. Not overly fussy, which is a plus. Asked if we wanted anything to drink, which was smart. Not everybody wants water, and if they don't its wasted. I had sushi, and my wife ordered a typical Chinese plate. Normally she saves half; here she ate it all. And when I'm served sushi, its gone in five seconds. On mine, I took my time. Very impressive. Highly recommend this nice restaurant!

Service was terrible. Clearly didn’t want to be there. The soup was cold so he took and warmed it up in the microwave…. Spring rolls were good, but definitely were from a box.

I am currently on contract for a hotel and decided to get Chinese/Japanese delivered since it’s been awhile since I had any. I ordered the Crab Rangoon, Chicken Fried Rice and Spicy Tuna Roll. All this came to over $45 plus tip. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in not only the food but following instructions as well. I asked for extra wasabi and soy sauce plus add chopsticks! I mean come on, you have to have chopsticks if you’re gonna eat Chinese or Sushi. I got a little wasabi but no soy sauce, and no chopsticks. No utensils, napkins, nothing. The Spicy Tuna looks like it was puréed and thrown together, the Chicken fried rice was sooo dry, I felt like I was eating a mixture of rubber and sandpaper. Horrible. Just horrible! Notice the Crab Rangoon wasn’t listed yet? That’s because out of all that, the Ragoon was the ONLY thing worth eating. But not $45 worth of good. Yea, I won’t be back.

Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered a beef chowfoon today with no vegetables options. After picking up and returning home, I found it to have no beef, all vegetables.
Imagine if I had a dietary restriction and they served the wrong meat or an allergy? Do not recommend.

All the food was amazing, don't have any complaints for that, amazing miso soup, caterpillar maki, house special roll, general Gao chicken, gyoza, shumai, Special M. It was basically empty and quiet, and could use some music as well to cheer up the mood. The waiter was a little impatient, and kept checking in every few minutes if we were ready to order. The food was perfect, so if the only thing we would have to rate on was food we would rate it 5 stars. Overall, not the best sushi place we have ever been to.

Place went downhill -salad went bad and was tangy to taste with mediocre overpriced sushi. Sad
My wife and I had dinner at Blue Fuji recently. When we entered, it was nearly empty, save for one table of four people, who left not long after we arrived.
When we arrived we waited at the front desk. The woman was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us. She could have simply gestured to sit anywhere, since the place was near empty, but she didn't. Finally, we seated ourselves and when she got off the phone, she gave us menus and took a drink order. She came back quickly with the wine I ordered and asked if we were ready to order. This was perhaps a minute after she gave us the menus. No, please give us a few minutes.
This was on a day when the outside temperature was about 68, but the A/C was on full bore in the restaurant. It was freezing. Bad for the environment, uncomfortable for us and a waste of the business's money. In other words, really stupid. I asked the server to cut back on the A/C and she did.
Then another person came in and sat down at the table right next to ours (in a near-empty restaurant) and proceeded to have a very loud cellphone conversation. It was impossible for us to converse. Of course, the woman serving us did absolutely nothing despite my indicating to her that it was a problem. I tried to get this guy to quiet down (it should not have been my problem) but he was too busy being utterly rude and clueless. I finally reached the breaking point and asked to be moved, which the server did.
By this time, I was really sorry we had decided to give this place a try. It's too bad, because the food was reasonably good. But not good enough for us to remotely consider patronizing this place again.
