The lady with glasses at the counter was super disrespectful making sighing noise. If she did want to service me she should had told me and I could have left to, and I’m not sure if she is new or what but rolled the burrito into a ball.

I usually do not go to this Chipotle and I was reminded why with this visit. Got a bowl and other Chipotles load on the toppings, not this one. Do not like when these places skimp on the toppings. Got home and saw big empty area in bowl and was immediately disappointed. They don't have same toppings as other Chipotles. They were out of corn. People working there didn't seem to want to be there. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Serving of chicken is like 5-6 small pieces of chicken.
I was charged twice during my visit, and the manager with red hair originally refused to refund me. I had to insist firmly before the mistake was corrected. This shouldn’t have been necessary. Customers deserve better treatment and quicker resolution when the business makes an error.
Words just can’t describe how consistently bad this particular chipotle is. The burrito artists always have earbuds in, and they don’t listen to what you say and get annoyed when you have to repeat or correct them. They sit around and never acknowledge you when you enter the store. Every time I go back, I think “It can’t still be that bad. It must have changed by now.” But no, it’s still horrible. Like the worst one I’ve ever been to. It would take affirmative effort to be this bad. It’s truly puzzling.

The people, food, and professional team members are fantastic! However, I was baffled by the fact they only accept CASH TIPS. It's 2025, we live in a digital financial currency exchange.
The customer service was outstanding and in my opinion the crew deserved a tip. It is rare to enter a chain restaurant without POS software that allows patrons to leave a digital tip added to the transaction.
Consequently, I went to the nearest ATM and withdrew cash, returned, and left a cash tip.
Get creative Chipotle! Update POS system and support digital tips or install ATM's at your locations that only support cash for tips.

This chipotle is awful. You’re better going to the one in Burlington. The staff are rude and the area is unclean.
Worst experience ever. They were an hour behind on pick up orders and not a single employee seemed to care. They were giggling and talking on phones. When I went to the front to have them make my online order, they were out of everything. The employee would tip the empty canister of the ingredient I wanted at me and shrug. I would advise to go to another Chipotle or the Qdoba down the street. Will not be returning. Oh, and the place is filthy.
i just waited 1 hour for my food, and i had to write my name on the bag for my order because the worker didn’t know how to spell in english. Some of the workers are working as hard as they can, but it’s absurd that not a single worker there can speak english. What makes it one star, is that they don’t know how to wrap a burrito, or understand what you want in your burrito. I’m not making this review out of anger, I just don’t want other people to have to experience this aswell.

Everytime we come in here the employees have a terrible attitude. You are inconveniecing them with your order. Everytime, with out fail. One of the worst chipotles we have been to.

Without a doubt the WORST Chipotle experience I have ever had. Service, food quality, portions, all were unbelievably bad. I almost walked out in the middle of them making my meal. Absolutely terrible.
