I ordered three items online, all of them missed items. Kids meal missed cheese, milk, and chips. I tried to talk with manager on the second day, but she said she can’t do anything, because yesterday was a different manger.

What i thought was going to be a scrumptious outing to chipotle with my boyfriend, turned into a living nightmare. The employee with a grotesque mustache was serving us. His attitude was dismal and he made it known that he was just waiting out the clock. We are VERY disappointed with this service😰

It’s probably the textbook definition of hit or miss. I’ve ordered takeout from this place, and I’ve never had a single order that matched what I asked for. Chicken when I ordered sofritas, hot sauce instead of fajita veggies, missing ingredients, and so on. It takes a special kind of skill to get it wrong every single time.

The sidewalk on the north west side of the building is incredibly unsafe. The blind corner makes people invisible to cars pulling out of the lot. Biking by the 3 times I would have been hit all 3 times if I didn't completely stop prior to making the corner. The 3rd person yesterday didn't even look at all. He said sorry after realizing he would have straight up driven over someone if I hadn't stopped anticipating someone pulling out without looking.

Love Chipotle but have to say for a town like Bedford this place is super dirty! The trash is overflowing the tables are dirty never wiped down. I’m sure if the health inspector goes there they would get a failing grade. Really disappointed because I really love

Huge bowls filled with 80% rice. No one wants a bowl with over 50% rice. Half a scoop of chicken 😂? What dimension am I from where I want half my bowl to have meat!

If you fantasize about being bent over and taken advantage of but can’t quite make it a reality, look no further than the Chipotle in Bedford. Recently if you go in they never have the ingredients you want and when they do, you are given the smallest portion available despite the fact the price is constantly increasing. A great example of this is if you ask for a burrito, and they warm it up, and select the rice you want, then they ask you for a meat but they don’t have chicken, which you are forced to go for the more expensive options, you were never warned by the employee that they have run out of chicken as they don’t speak a lick of English. And if you really strive for the biggest ripoff in fast food, order from here off DoorDash, they will give you half of what you would have gotten in store.
I gave this store a 5 star review years ago. Unfortunately I have to revise it. The staff cannot understand basic requests (english) A cheese quesadilla needs to have cheese in it. This took multiple requests to fix. A little hot sauce isn't a full laddel. They ran out of chicken. They couldn't roll a burrito. I have no idea what I paid for. I gave up. This used to be my qo to Chipotle.

See my pictures and tell me how can you justify that small amount of chichen on a soft tortilla.No wonder is always empty,no customers.Ppl not willing to give their money away like that.Rather pay 30 dollars at a restaurant and get me a nice steak dinner.

The place is filthy. The floor is messy. They did not have fajitas, and the manager couldn't care less. The ice was empty. Absolutely terrible! I have been to Bedford, and this has happened a couple of times now. It's a very bad customer service and messy place. I can only imagine what kind of mess they have in their kitchen. I'm never going back.
