The real problem with Chipotle nowadays is consistency. One order will be good and the next missing 3 different parts of the order and terribly made. If you order at the counter it is almost always better than web orders.

I got the new spicy chicken. It is pretty good. I got a bowl. They didn't really spread the ingredients very evenly. Other than that, the food was good. The service was like they were being forced to work. Not very friendly, but not rude. The place is a dump. It is very dirty and disgusting inside. Tables didn't look cleaned. Floor have stains and food everywhere. Trash cans overflowing.

This chipotle left me very happy when I walked out the door. I was given much larger portion sizes compared to other chipotle stores and the employees were very nice. In analogy, the employee like, throw the proteins like, really harder to my bowls bottom. Very jovial with the experience.
