This dunks USED to be a lot better. Lately it’s really been going downhill. The service is pretty terrible and most importantly…the wait time takes FOREVER now! For example it took 18 minutes to get a medium hot coffee and a sandwich…on a SUNDAY! If you are in a hurry or short on time then I strongly suggest you find another coffee shop along your route.

The girl that usually makes my coffee, makes it perfect every time!! Very fast even if there are a lot of people in the morning on a weekday. Everyone is nice and smiling! It’s the only bright spot on my long commute to work! I would recommend this dunks over any I’ve been to in years ?

Well... like all Duncans... early morning sucks, although the line goes real fast. But the lines are intimidating,so alotta ppl will reroute to one with shorter lines or less ppl. I poisonous yall tho... this Duncan moves quick... like a bunny!

The worse Dunkin that I have ever been to.The person who took my order was not just rude but also very unprofessional. Her customer service was attitude and action like she was paying for my food. Long story short, she made a misstate in my order. Instead of smoothing out the situation, she was arguing with me... But it's not just that. Be polite. It's ok to make mistakes... don't give me an attitude. From now on, I'm not just skipping this awful place but also making sure to spread the word through all my social media, work, and neighbors to stay away. I got lousy service before, but this was the last time I gave them a chance.WORSE PLACE EVER!

It was the only place that I could get a Dunkin donuts coffee, because the other dunks was closed two hours before their posted closing time...Needless to say with a 40-minute ride back home, I was a little stressed out...I found this dunks, inside of the store...The woman who worked at the dunks, she was pretty much on her way out the door, but was very kind and personable...Ohh and YES, I did get that ice coffee ???!!The woman TOTALLY understood my coffee struggle, LOL!
