I’ll give it 4 cause the new manager there was pretty nice explained it to me …….I ordered snacking bacon was served Cold like they came out of fridge manager came out saying that they serve the snackin bacon room temp. Huh? They almost looked Raw. But the manager explained that we as the customer have to tell them how we like it cause not everyone wants them hot and crispy. Makes sense , cause when customers order coffee they have to tell The worker how you want your coffee or your sandwich.
Not going to lie to anyone everything I have gone to this dunks they have messed up my coffee and it was absolutely disgusting then have them remake it for it to be nastier then the first one I don't understand why its so hard to make a coffee that taste good especially especially when your paying 5 bucks for a coffee

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a Snackin Bacon and when I opened it, the bacon had white gunk on it. Which I would assume was the grease. I’ve never had this when I order it and it’s always my go to order. When I showed the gentleman and asked why there was so much, he said “what do you expect, it’s grease”. So I asked if he could warm it up and he said “ no we can’t, it’s suppose to be cold and have that stuff”. After going back and forth and telling him how I’ve never eaten it cold he said I could take it up with the manger. Horrible customer service and do not recommend.

got yelled at by the man taking my order because i didn’t hear him the first time he said how can i help you at the drive thru, he proceeded to curse at me and laugh at me for saying excuse you when he was being an ass. prior to him taking my order he was sitting down at the front doing something on his computer and just wanted to rush me. left with nothing because i’m not dealing with a nasty man spitting in my food.

I would give a 5 to the clerk named Jessie who was wonderful. But a 0 goes to the red haired cook who wiped his face and sweat and touched his hair 5 times in 2 minutes and continued to prepare the food with the SAME GLOVES- vomit!!! I threw out the food as I walked out.

I’m not sure if the guy was racist or just simply hates his job but I got a bad look from him that made me feel uncomfortable. I said Good afternoon & Thank you but he just turned around ignoring me, also I got the worst Iced coffee regular ever served, simply money thrown to the trash.

The “recently hired staff” has run this location into the ground. The food is poorly made, and the drinks are absolutely disgusting. Orders are not being made correctly or as directed. You’re hard pressed to find someone who speaks English that you can ask to correct your order either. I for one won’t be using the location anymore. Sad because it’s centrally located to everything else. Call me a Karen all you want, but for these prices we deserve to have our correct order.

Quick with the coffee early AMs
This place was absolutely awful. Do not recommend. Constantly messing up orders, extremely incompetent staff, just a terrible place.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The waiters kept messing up my order and I had to continuously correct them. The way they packaged the food was absolutely awful. It was sloppy and everything was falling out. Not to mention, I asked for the Snackin Bacon and they only gave me three pieces, all of which were very small. This was during the afternoon, I’ve heard that the morning crew is much better but I digress. This was a terrible start to my afternoon.
