Dunkin'

I've stopped through here for a sandwich & hash browns maybe five or six times when I was in a hurry. Hash browns today were cold, smashed together, and so soggy with oil the bag they came in was literally dripping grease. I don't expect much from Dunkin, but this goes far below that low bar. Will not be visiting this location again, convenient or not.

The lady who is the manager at this place is very rude. I asked for a no ice matcha latte, she gave me not even half a cup of their medium drink, and she was yelling at me in front of many other costumers. This lady is very rude and unprofessional, nobody needs to hear her yelling voice in the morning specially. Please train your managers to be respectful to others.

The employee who usually works on wednesdays from 5:00, he is literally the sweetest angel ever. he has tattoos and often gives out a little extra to people. and is so polite. LOVE THIS GUY!

They burnt my sandwich then they said it was not burnt. It was literally half black.

Once again got the order wrong. Asked for untoasted bagel with cream cheese and got toasted plain bagel.

I usually don't do this but I guess I can't let it slide. I'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.

The fried items taste like the oil hasn't been changed in a year. I came back after several months and was hoping it changed. Unfortunately, still tastes horrible.

What kind of coffee shop one day has no straws for ice coffee then another day has no milk for coffee what brain child does the ordering for the store and stores wonder why they can’t pay the rent but let’s higher two or three managers

This particular Duncan was very nice very fast seemed very efficient and had a super long line in the Drive-Thru

The sandwiches always come sloppily put together. Seems the drinks always suck too. I have yet to have one good coffee here. It’s always burnt to hell. At least it seems they’re clean and sanitary though.

I usually love Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee but today I got a watery coffee and all I could taste is water and a little tiny bit of Carmel and coffee
