The service here is terrible. In the 5 months I’ve lived here, I’ve received burnt food, cold “hot” coffee, 30+ minute wait times for munchkins and coffee. I simply do not understand how a Dunkin’ donuts is run THIS poorly. It’s infuriating. It’s never even BUSY!

My husband just went and got me a caramel craze latte, I’m sick, so I stayed home. He comes back, and it’s COLD COFFEE. Like ice coffee. In my hot coffee cup. It doesn’t make sense. And instead of wasting the time driving back, I dumped it out. I won’t return to this location again. I’d rather drive off base to a different location.

They have a knack for screwing up the most simplest of orders. 2 instructions: plain bagel. Cream cheese on the side. Somehow, I ended up with a plain bagel, sliced toasted, with cream cheese. No tip for incompetence.

I've stopped through here for a sandwich & hash browns maybe five or six times when I was in a hurry. Hash browns today were cold, smashed together, and so soggy with oil the bag they came in was literally dripping grease. I don't expect much from Dunkin, but this goes far below that low bar. Will not be visiting this location again, convenient or not.

The lady who is the manager at this place is very rude. I asked for a no ice matcha latte, she gave me not even half a cup of their medium drink, and she was yelling at me in front of many other costumers. This lady is very rude and unprofessional, nobody needs to hear her yelling voice in the morning specially. Please train your managers to be respectful to others.

The employee who usually works on wednesdays from 5:00, he is literally the sweetest angel ever. he has tattoos and often gives out a little extra to people. and is so polite. LOVE THIS GUY!

I usually don't do this but I guess I can't let it slide. I'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.
