Really enjoyed this little Syrian kitchen
The crossaints are reason this is staying on my list. If you like garlic knots you must get their garlic croissant. The swedish bun was so good as well.
Matcha is premixed with sugar
Stuffed Croissants get sold before 10 so you need to hurry.
Some spices sold in shop too

Really good GIANT macaroons. Got 5 all together, one of each flavor they had. No complaints about any of the flavors, all delicious.

Small store and I showed up about 40 minutes before closing. I thought the store was bigger from the pictures, but nothing to stop me from coming here again.

They do offer sandwiches. They sounded pretty good from the menu, but I am curious to how big they are as they seemed a bit pricey. But again, I didn’t order any so maybe they are worth the price.

Will return for some more of their sweets.

The food is delicious! But when I placed a delivery order online for a friend the order never arrived (the friend had been in an accident and was counting on the delivery for dinner that day). I contacted the restaurant and they told me they were sorry. They said the food would be delivered the following day and I’d receive a partial refund. Again the order didn’t arrive. The restaurant never proactively responded to the issue, even though I was told by a manager that the owner would be contacting me, and they didn’t refund my money until I filed a claim with my credit card company.

Best bakery in the western hemisphere, absolutely no exaggeration. Could be the whole world but I haven’t seen it all yet. Will report back in 20 years.

Small neighborhood pastry shop with a few solid hits.

Dropped in for pastries after brunch nearby. The shop itself was tiny, with a case of pastries alongside some pre-packed salads and pasta that didn’t look too tempting. We stuck to the pastries: a chocolate cream puff, croissant bread pudding, and a braised beef hand pie.

Chocolate Cream Puff – Liked the 50/50 split of chocolate and vanilla cream, not too sweet. The puff shell, though, had an odd texture that I didn’t quite like.

Croissant Bread Pudding – Just too dense. Barely sweet, but not much flavor to make up for it. Two bites in and I was done.

Braised Beef Hand Pie – Snagged the last one, but forgot to have it heated. Took it home and gave it a quick warm-up in the Balmuda for 3 minutes. The filling was satisfying and well-portioned, but I was obsessed with that buttery crust. Dipped half of it in spicy aioli which took it up a notch.

Eva's kitchen made one of the best, if not the best, egg sandwich I have ever had. The staff was friendly and professional. Kudos to the chef! I recommend Eva's to all my friends.

Writing this in my car after taking 1 bite of the Carmel macaroon because I’ve never consumed something so heavenly. They are extremely adorable and FREAKING DELECTABLE. I’m a macaroon junkie and have never had something like this. Easily my new favorite spot!
