Really bad experience. I’ve been here multiple times. I had a pizza order tonight that arrived cold. Not warm, not lukewarm, just cold. I called the restaurant to voice my disappointment, and the answer was that they were too busy. I paid for a good product, and it was not good. No apology, just shifting blame. I’ve ordered from here 20+ times, but won’t be returning.
After the response: I did reach out to express my disappointment, and you offered no recourse except to remake the food that already took close to 2 hours to arrive (and yes, as I told you in the phone it WAS cold.) I have young children, and couldn’t wait another 2 hours to feed them dinner. And I have often had to wait a very long time for orders from your store, but I generally like to give people the benefit of doubt.
But your response just goes to prove my initial point. No true ownership for providing poor service/quality. I suggest the next time a repeat customer reaches out to express their concern, you actually apologize instead of offering this tepid response! Also, look at these other reviews. They have the same exact complaints? I never leave bad reviews, but you are just in the wrong here.

Stopped by on my lunch break. Took 5 employees 30 minutes to make a chicken ceasar salad. Didn't have dressing.
They don't post prices on their food inside the place which is misleading.
Staff was nice but waited too long and the food wasn't good. I am sure if you just get a pizza or a sub it is good.

I've been going to Pizza Express for a long time, over 20 years and I love it. The food is great, the staff is really friendly. I enjoy the experience every time that I go to Pizza Express, which is why I keep going back. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for great food and service in Bedford.
