This place is the one five guys where no matter what size fries you order they give you almost none. Opposite of every other over I've been to. I fake forgetting and ordering another to get them to put a reasonable amount in the second bag.

We were in town for the afternoon and stopped here. Restaurant was clean. Food came out quickly. Burgers were bigger than expected. Fries were crisp and tasty. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

absolute mad house. opening week the place had 20 employees and everything ran smoothly. guess the owner got greedy and now there’s only 3 poor non english speaking ladies trying to deal with a saturday lunch rush. shame on you and your business model. have fun waiting an hour for food even if your order online.

Honestly, we’re not big fans of fast food, but sometimes you just crave it. In our 6 years of living in the U.S., we had never tried Five Guys - and then a brand new one opened right here in Bedford. Today we finally went for lunch, and it was such a great experience! The burgers were delicious and juicy, the fries perfectly salty (just the way I like them), and the location is super convenient. It’s really nice to see new places opening up in our neighborhood.

Waited for this store to open, today was my first visit . Sadly, buns were cold, it was picked up right away so I know it wasn't toasted. Ordered regular size fries, and they were 1/3 of what I would get elsewhere. Not impressed.
I have to say the Bedford location is the best!! I have not been a fan since the Burlington location, not great. I will be going to the Bedford location from now on.
