Ordered the Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza. It was fantastic. Thinner crust, great flavors. The pizza was cooked very well, not a hard crust when its forgotten. I also ordered the sangria, which was lacking. I found it kind of bland, it could have used some brandy to add some depth…but it was certainly good enough to drink it right down. Would definitely return if ever in the area, and recommend to others. The service was good. It felt a little like everyone is running around pitching in wherever help is needed, but it works.
Great pizza and very kid-friendly. The service is a bit spotty sometimes, but nothing egregious. The pizza is not too greasy and something the kids will eat, so that's always a win.
Very good place if you like pizza.
We stopped into Flatbread Saturday before a concert with Lexington Symphony. Service was prompt. We knew what we wanted, Mopsy's Kahlua Pork Pie. Delicious as usual. When the bill came, surprised to see the 2% HOH Love fee. Rationale for the fee is to better compensate all those other than the waitstaff. This fee isn't disclosed on their website, the menu on their website. I didn't know to look at the actual menu to see if it was mentioned. Flatbread should, post the fact that there is this fee on their website and prominently display this fact on their menu and online copy. Or, they should raise their menu prices by 2% or do what a restaurant in the middle part of the state has done. Their prices include the cost of food, food taxes and tips for the staff. What you see on the menu is what you pay.
I was disappointed with my last trip to Flatbread. It has been a couple of years since I have gone, but I remembered that I really enjoyed their gluten free pizza, so my fiancé and I went for dinner one night. We ordered two gluten free pizzas and one came to us cold. The manager was very nice and made us another pizza (we asked if they could just heat our cold one up, but for health and safety reasons they couldn’t do that.) The replacement pizza was much better, but both of us were disappointed in the gluten free crusts. The recipe must have changed because I think the crust used to be much better, maybe they switched to a cauliflower crust?Either way we didn’t care for the taste and texture of the crust and it gave us both bloating and gas after we ate it.I like the restaurant and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I will wait and see if they change their gluten free crust recipe before going back.
Dietary restrictions: They have lots of vegan/Vegetarian options and gluten free options.
It's weirdly difficult to get pizza with vegan cheese that tastes normal. This seems like a regular pizza that happens to not make me die. That's it. It doesn't have seaweed or nuts or anything else. Thanks!
Dietary restrictions: It has the best tasting dairy free pizza to-go!
Flatbread is an amazing option for pizza and have some great gluten free crusts for their pizza. Their gluten free whoopie pie Sunday is also always good.
Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pizza and desert options!
My company got us employees several pizzas.. I'm convinced the people leaving raving reviews have never actually had a quality pie. This pizza was not good. Dry, overcooked, flavorless. I'm glad i didn't pay for it. Sheesh.
Great pizza and vibe. People are really friendly. Highly recommend asking for extra sauce on pizza though.
We ordered two pizzas. One was good, the other was soggy and average in taste!I really like the ambiance of this place.

Pizza was awful. Went by the good ratings but was very underwhelmed by the taste. Had to throw away.
We got 4 different pizzas and they were all amazing. The brownie Sunday was also delicious.
Pizza wasn't as good as it used to be. The crust was hard and didn't have a good chew to it. I got the sausage specialty pizza. It just wasn't as good as it usually is. Maybe it was an off night for them or me. I'll try again.Plus it was really expensive.
Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients, the waitress are always really nice and kind, and the atmosphere with the clay oven in the middle is magnificent.
Parking: Try to parking behind the building is easier than in the front when all the take outs are parking
Feel bad shredding this place on yelp, google and Facebook but it deserves it. Here’s the story:We had plans to arrive at 6pm with a friend (3 people total). They have a one hour call ahead. I called at 5pm and was told the place was empty so don't worry. They said if we did have a concern to call back at 5:45pm, which we did and was told we still wouldn't have to wait. We arrive at 6pm and told 40 minute wait. People who called an hour ahead all went in front of us. I asked why did they tell us this information over the phone when we arrived it was absolute chaos and incorrect information they provided. No answer or response was given just told to continue to wait. Place might have good food - can't review that. But for service and communication this place sucks. So many other places in Burlington to eat.
