They have the best sushi I've ever eaten in any way in Massachusetts I have tried other locations and I'm actually not a big fan of seafood so I like the cooked sushi but I do love their shrimp tempura and they're Nagi Sushi is so good too. Oh you definitely got to try to Alligator sushi too I didn't know it was topped with you but for the first time I ate it it was really delicious. Like I said I'm not a type of person to really eat seafood and I love this place

My family and I go to Ginger bi-weekly at this point! Fantastic food, incredible service - I recommend this location more than any other Japanese restaurant in the middlesex county area. Love it!

Amazing food!!! Amazing service!!! Ate here with my friends and LOVED the food! I ordered the Katsu don and it was super filling! Definitely would order a bunch of sides--especially the takoyaki and eggplant dish. Amazing!! Coming back again ASAP

Very mid, serviceable Japanese restaurant. The sushi and chicken teriyaki plate failed to wow me. Yet again, not too many other options in Bedford...

Casual japanese restaurant that we enjoy going as a family. I love their hand rolls especially the ones wrapped in cucumber without the rice. The place is fairy spacious and never too busy with parking which is a plus. Reason why i give this place 3 star is because there were few times i ordered uni and they were foul and have gone bad. I told the waiter that the uni was bad and she just nodded and sorry and that was the end of it. Uni is usually the priciest a la cart item and to be served bad uni and just nod and sorry is unacceptable customer service in my opinion. I couldnt eat the other piece so i left it and they still charged for the uni. This happened on two separate occasions which makes me rethink the freshness of their fish.

Terrific family run restaurant with excellent Japanese menu. Quiet, friendly, excellent place for a cosy visit with a dear friend, for a family dinner with kids, we also went there with a group of 14 after a memorial service for a beloved family member at First Parish Bedford across the street -' service and food is consistently awesome.Kid-friendliness: Friendly for kids
Great variety of food and quick service. The sushi was delicious as well as the appetizers!!

Stopped here recently for a small business dinner. Enjoyed great food(dumplings are outstanding among other things), great service and a great experience overall. Will definitely be back.
Good Service and great food. Small space but nice and intimate. The prices are reasonable considering the area.

Bedford Jap restaurant with decent lunch specials. Sashimi set $18 comes with 12 pieces of fish, miso soup and salad. Rice is regular white rice, not jap vinegar rice. Tonkatsu rice bento is not bad, dip sauce adds flavor to dry breaded pork cutlet.

The food is good quality but a bit on the pricey side. We came here to buy lunch bento boxes to go (family of four) and didn't have to wait long. However I wouldn't say the food was sensational. They were solid and good quality. The staff seemed to be Chinese and occasionally come across as stiff and curt. We went once several months back and haven't had the urge to go back again. We pass by the restaurant every Sunday but just don't feel the urge.

Once again a great experience at this little place. We had enough time so we decided to sit down inside the restaurant, rather than the usual takeout routine. I got three sushi rolls and my friend got the sashimi lunch special, along with two portions of warm sake. Everything was great. Prices for the sushi rolls went up a bit in the last year or so, but that's understandable, and maybe they'll come back down again. If this happens, it will only mean even more visits to Ginger in Bedford.

Best sashimi and sushi in the area! Extremely fresh and nice selection - best toro, hamachi and saba I have had in a long time. Friendly and attentive staff. Look forward to coming here for a long time.
