I love the hot chocolate at this location! The staff has always been incredibly friendly, and I’ve never encountered any issues during my visits.

I decided to come back for the first time since renovation and was greeted kindly on the way in and had a friendly barista at the register who took my order. The new available seating is nice and allows for more social interactions with one another. I did notice an older woman who had a black apron on, who seemed to be talking to the other employees in a condesending tone, yet no one did anything about. It made me a little sad to see the treatment of some of the kind folks working. But besides that, I enjoyed my coffee :)!

They pretty much always get my order wrong and when I ask for it to get remade or get what I actually ordered it’s slightly warm instead of hot. But the staff is nice about it

Waited over 30 minutes for a basic drink. No names were called, staff looked overwhelmed and stressed, and no one greeted or smiled at customers. It felt seriously understaffed, and the person at the register didn’t seem trained at all. While waiting, I overheard a supervisor (I think her name was Kate) speaking unprofessionally to another employee — totally inappropriate. Overall, the vibe was uncomfortable. Not planning to come back.

The store is closed for maintenance- don't waste time driving there as it says it's open on Google... a sign wasn't posted on the door displaying when it'll be back open.

Bad. Everything is bad. They will eat or drink the things you bought if you don’t pick it up in under 5 minutes. Also took 30 minutes for a coffee

I know its early morning but the person that just served me with red hair in Bedford MA was absolutely so rude. Not once but twice! Even when I asked for a straw she grumble said over there pointed and never even made eye contact. So sorry we woke you up this morning.
The young girl at the front was so nice and clearly very new, even though she was struggling she still had a smile on her face and apologized. She made both of my drinks after she rang them in and they were so good. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t receive any help from peers until asked when she was clearly struggling.

Arrived here at 7pm but only found it closed. The business hour shows it opens until 8pm. They should change it on the map so people will not drive here wasting their time.

Ordered three beverages, waited 20 minutes to get two. When I pointed out that I had asked for three, the person behind the counter walked away from me mumbling: "label says two". I was not looking for a free beverage, but a "Sorry for the misunderstanding, do you want me to make another one while my colleague at the register rings you up?" would have been appreciated.

Malichi at the Blue Ribbon Plaza is the best! He's interactive with customers, friendly, and great with our orders. There are other friendly baristas, but haven't met them.
