This place is a hidden gem. I love Indian food but a lot of places are 'blah'. Not Tashan. Really well decorated and just a cool vibe. It's not a quiet restaurant in that you know it's busy but for some reason it's not overpowering and perfect for having a conversation 1:1 at your table. The best Indian restaurant we know not only in greater Boston but in our experience elsewhere in the US. Inventive and delicious dishes, very attractive ambience, comfortable furnishings. Tashan well deserves its name—charisma. This was our first visit; we shall certainly return.
