My husband and I went here after not having been here for over 10 years. Our waitress was personable food was good. Until another waitstaff decides to use a broom like they do to clean booth beside us and she flung the broom so hard to toss the food off the bench seat directly in the direction of me and my food. She then came back and started to pick up and throw towards my feet the food under the table. When I looked at her like excuse me why are you doing that? She kept throwing more food at my feet from under her table while she looked at me like â****â you 3 or 4 times. I spoke to the manager nothing was done. We werenât rude or anything didnât engage in an argument with this waitress. She intentionally made it so our waitress had to pick up our table and all the trash she threw extra under it. She was rude and nasty as she looked at me and through food at my feet. I wonât go back. Rated food 1/5 because I had food flung onto my table

Very dissapointed that all cooking optuons were not available. We were unable the get the oil due to the fact that they did not empty the grease trap. I feel as tho scheduling that should be an easy task.

This was such a fun and unique dinner & celebration!! (birthday party for group of 11) At first it can seem complicated when figuring out how to order with a large group, but the servers are *amazing* at helping you understand how to order, share, and everyone got just what they wanted. The atmosphere is cozy with a few gas fireplaces, they accommodated our large group easily (recommend tables over booths for big group), the reservation process was easy, and staff was *super* accommodating for our special needs. Everyone had a great time!! Thanks to our great servers Gail, and Daniel! And Mack and Kate for being so! helpful making sure everything was taken care of...amazing birthday! âHighly recommendâ

Went with family and friends to celebrate a birthday. Mix of Veg and meat eaters. Had good options for both. Some of us ordered the full course, some did appetizers, salad and dessert, skipped entree. We got the fiesta cheese appetizer, so delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and food. Bit on the expensive side. Will go again for another occasion, not so often.

We came for my birthday tonight and the service was perfect, we absolutely loved our server (Adriana)! She was great conversation, very attentive (without being too much), and had great recommendations. I really hope we have her again when we come back. Best of luck with the new baby! :)

False Advertising Terrible experience. Ordered online but got charged table price+tipping. Bartender told me they canât do anything about the computer pricing which ended up costing me 50% higher than intended and I traveled 30 minutes for here. Just make your own fondues.

Anniversary dinner date. Incredible service and delicious food. Big portions. Flaming Turtle (dessert fondue) was to die for. Server Daniel was attentive and informative while not being overbearing.
Setup of tables for 2 make it great for privacy.
Drinks were amazing. Perfect balance of alcohol and flavor.

This is one of my favorite night out. Wife and I went recently after not having been on a while, and unfortunately very disappointed.
1st off service was great, Kat was wonderful.
But it started with the my drink, again a favorite of mine the Ying yang, it tasted like it came out of a slurpie machine, and seemed very watered down.
The 2nd disappointment is meat selection, very little steak options, unfortunate with the addition of skillet as an option which we did like.

My wife and I went here for our 6th wedding anniversary. We were blown away. We were seated in a private booth in what they call the "lovers lane". Such an amazing concept. Service was very friendly, and prompt. So much food for the price, and fantastically tasty! We can pack it in, and even we couldn't finish the "big night out". For a 4 course meal, $60 per head is quite reasonable. We will be back!

The service was great. We were greeted by the manager who kindly took our order even though he was not our waiter. The reservation we had booked was close to closing time but even after they had closed , our waiter continued to serve us and enhance our experience. The food was good and the experience was even better. The Melting Pot is on the more expensive side, but it is definitely worth it for any occasion. Highly recommend.

Great place for a birthday celebration. You definitely need a reservation for the melting pot or expect to wait a while. The four course meal for two is a perfect amount for two people but be aware that you will be there for close to 2 hours to go through all the courses. The meat is interesting to cook, we definitely overcooked some of it to be on the safe side. The cheese pot was delicious and salad was average. However, the desert spread was amazing. We went extra to get a cake with a sparkler for a birthday celebration and the cake was actually really good (Iâm not a huge fan). Pretty pricey for two people but you do get a lot of variety in your courses and makes a special celebration place to eat out
