It was a bad night at the melting pot. Granted they were busier than usual, but our server was terrible. She was fanning herself while taking our order and seemed annoyed any time we asked for anything. After not giving us what we asked for multiple times with our dessert course, she then charged us a ridiculous amount to again, not give us what we asked for. We will go back because we think it's a fun dinner, but we will ask not to be sat in her section.

Food wasn't great. A 7:45 reservation got us out of there at 11:00. The salads were pitiful. Small and wilted. The cheese was gritty. The best part was the dessert by miles. Also it's so steamy in there with really no ventilation. The windows were wet and dripping next to us too.

Excellent service!!!... We were having a great experience, and when the waiter was tied up at another table, the owner showed up and took care of our needs. Melting Pot's Food Quality is always a guarantee, but on top of that, I specially recommend this location just because of the SERVICE.

My family missed Melting Pot in Framingham which was closed several years ago. We decided to try another location in Bedford. 4 course dinner for two was excellent. It might be for 3 people. Cocktails from a long list were delicious too. Chocolate dessert was the best part of the dinner. The only problem is almost 2 pounds of weight gain next morning.

First time there. Booked a special event and was very happy! Arranged for balloons and champagne ahead of time. Server was knowledgeable and the food was great. Very fun for a group.

This was hands down my worst dining experience in my 28 years of life. I have never left a review after a dining experience but this was so bad I had to. We were excited to try this place for a date night and were so disappointed. The service was painfully slow and inattentive. We were not given more than one glass of water even when asking for more. We're not told we could ask for more sides. Cleanliness was non existent. Witnessed staff use the broom from the floor on the seats of the booth. We waited extremely long between courses staring at our empty/dirty dishes. Oil was all over our table and stovetop and causing smoke to be billowing into our faces the entire meal. We will never go back.

Tables (booths) are very cramped: round tables would be much better... Everything is ala carte, withcosts adding up quickly... Skip the mixed drinks and stick with beer & wine...
