Great food and a wonderful place to take your family. They have a crazy amount of different flavor ice creams and you can build your our blizzards. My husband had the fish tacos.. Amazing and I had the Thanksgiving sandwich so yummy. Definitely a place to go back!

I went to Chubby’s earlier this week and got the fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was so good I had to go back and get another one today! Did not disappoint. Staff is also friendly and personable. Will be back soon!

2 stars because the food tastes good but the service is horrible. There's always some young workers who don't seem to have any idea how to work in food service. I order a kids meal but never get the ice cream I ask for. For some reason they need to be reminded every time to give us the ice cream. I have to call several times because there's either no answer, or someone pick up then hangs up the phone, or I'm left on hold for 10 minutes. Not impressed with the service and it's not worth the hassle. they really need to hire some competent workers.

Idk what was wrong with this place tonight but the young group of girls working were snobs and clueless af. They messed up my order multiple of times , messed up with order of the people I was with a few times and then gave us attitude yet the receipt showed how the order was supposed to be and they repeated the order as well numerous of times. Absolutely idiotic.

I'm not sure that it's worth stopping here, when Cindy's is just down the street. On two separate occasions I've asked for a sundae with a specific ice cream and extra topping, and haven't received either the ice cream or the extra topping, yet I paid for it.
