went to this dunkin location today and ordered a refresher for the first time in months. while the drink tasted fine, i was absolutely disgusted when i discovered a hair inside the cup after drinking nearly the entire refresher. the hair was inside the cup/drink and could not have been mine, as i never removed the lid. this is absolutely repulsive and has to be a serious health code violation. i feel absolutely sick to my stomach right now. i do not recommend going to this dunkin location.

Through the drive-thru window we noticed the man who was making everyone's drinks was coughing almost constantly, hacking up things and did not cover his mouth the entire time. Absolutely disgusting. It was a white man, a little chubby, with a long beard. Do NOT go here.

This review isn't about what's taking place inside either Dunkin in Belchertown, IT'S ABOUT THE NEW PRICE INCREASE!!! I get a bagel toasted with butter and a large unsweetened green ice tea every visit. It wasn't to long ago it was about $3.73. then either late last year or early this year it went to $4.42. I went into this Dunkin last week and was charged $4.95!?. I said you over charged me. The manager said the prices just went up. That's a 53 cent increase. I realize price increases are taking place in every business. I hope customers will really look at this and decide not to go so often, I'm an everyday customer, but NO MORE. I'll go only on the weekends to meet friends. I'll have something at home during the week. Before you decide on your next price increase think about who you might lose and how often. Poor decision.

All I wanted was a hot bacon, egg, & cheese on a croissant. The sandwich wasn't hot even though I requested to make it that way. I mean who wants a breakfast sandwich to be somewhat hot, with unmelted cheese? On top of it all they didn't put it on a croissant! I'm glad I don't live in this area. I won't be back here. ??

To be fair, I don't frequent this Dunkin' often, just because I don't live close by, but it has usually been a pleasant experience. Staff is mostly courteous & friendly. Orders usually accurate here. I have no major complaints about this location. I do find the atmosphere of the lobby clean & inviting, well cared for. Restrooms were clean as well.
