Used to be my favorite dunkins, really friendly service over the summer months and hardly ever messed up an order. The last couple times I’ve gone though, it seems like service has gone downhill. The most recent order I placed was really poorly put together, and both my coffee and sandwich were wrong, despite my receipt being accurate. On top of that, the cashier was pretty unfriendly, especially compared to some of the employees who had taken my order previously. Hoping the last few botched orders were just isolated incidents, but for now I’ll be headed to the dunkins in Ware.

Very pleased with my past visits here. I like that the staff doesn't interrupt or rush customers when ordering at drive thru, like many other Dunkin' locations. Accuracy on point. Great service. Clean, comfortable environment. Employees seem energetic, enthusiastic & work well together as a team. I would certainly recommend this Dunkin' for fast, friendly service. Restrooms were clean also. No complaints yet.Wheelchair accessibility: Lot & lobby are wheelchair accessible here! Restrooms are also handicapped accessible.

Normally this is my favorite Dunkin around Western MA: I travel all over Western MA. Today I went and got a drink, and had two sips before it was gone. They gave me 90% ice in my cup.. lol

Apparently there's a difference between an Original donut and a Classic donut but that wasn't shared. I felt bad eating my donut in front of my hubby who didn't like the Classic donut but it is what it is. My donut was great so I split the difference for the review. ? Atmosphere was our car so def 5 stars!
