The service is great, food is solid what you’d expect from this kind of restaurant, and the atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. One of the best places in Belchertown to sit down and eat in. Food is still good when you get it delivered as well. I’ll admit it’s pricey but if you walk from the gym the fact they’ll give you giant water cups for free is a god send.

Oooh, what to say about Krispy's? They are their own worst enemy, shooting themselves in the foot time and time again, and going there has become the definition of insanity. It's never the same thing twice mind you, but they manage to miss something or forget something seemingly every time. You should know what goes on your own menu items and what comes in your own combo boxes, and I see from other comments that my plethora of experience is not extraordinary. I'm being generous with my three star rating because I'd like to see this place succeed.

Such a great place great service awesome food my wife and I travel all over mostly back roads looking for new places to eat and try we are from central ct and stumbled upon this gem which we highly recommend. We definitely will be back
I ordered a Pepsi, cheese quesadilla and curly fries, I received a chicken quesadilla, and crinkle cut fries. At least my pepsi was correct... The staff was friendly enough but obviously didn't pay any attention at all to what I ordered.

Got the big box chicken with fries. I probably spent about 10 to 15 mins in the drive thru. They forgot the hush puppies. Food was okay, just not my favorite style chicken. Definitely overpriced in my opinion especially for forgetting the hush puppies.

Clean, pleasant dining room. Friendly, efficient service. My 9yo really loved the Hershey Ice Cream that he was served as part of his kids meal. The chicken tenders were hot, moist and yes, tender with a light breading. I can recommend the chicken gyro which has tender flavorful grilled chicken and a delightful tzatziki sauce. Will be back to visit for sure!!

My mom and I were traveling down from NH and came upon Krispy's. Oh my gosh the food was absolutely delishious. The staff was friendly and helpful when looking at the menu. The bathroom was clean. We will most definitely be back. And you have to try there new s’mores Sundae!
