Krispy's is one of those places that comes only once in a lifetime it was AMAZING!!! It was so well done the food was excellent and very neat not sloppy like 100% of places lol but its seemed they should take the prize for best burger, chicken sandwiches, home-made ice cream and shakes very well done its a must go enjoy....

Visited on a Sat around 2pm. Place was steady with 6-8 people in at any given time. Staff was very pleasant and food was brought to table quickly. Burgers were excellent and average sized. Fries are good but unremarkable. Portion sizes are medium for fries and med-sm for the burgers. Prices are on the upper end I would be willing to pay but not crazy high. Room is a generic eatery with some high tops and booths.

Krispy’s in Belchertown consistently delivers excellent food and service! I tried their Greek salad today, and it was absolutely perfect — just the way a true Greek salad should be, made with crisp iceberg lettuce instead of mixed greens. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is warm and friendly, and every meal is fresh and flavorful. Thank you for your commitment to quality — we’ll certainly be back!

Food is hot and great, but really impressed me is the young lady at the register. Running the whole front and window. Still found time to fill the ice in the lobby. She is a very hard worker! Didn't catch her name but it's 5 pm Friday Aug, 15th.

We tried Krispys so we would know our options in town. It's a fast food menu where vegetables are not first in mind. Hersheys ice cream served here while the pioneer valley is full of local creameries with much better options and quality. Service was excellent.

I love to support mom and pop restaurants but this one was a miss for us. While staff was friendly, the food lacked taste and freshness. Curly fries were old and stale. Some of the ice cream was noticeably freezer burned and the burgers lacked taste.
