I ordered food through uber eats tonight, waited for an hour to get my order!!! And spent $42 on my food! And my order never arrived! So I called them and the person just said this is not related to us that you did not receive your order and I cannot do anything and hung up the phone!!! So rude! At least learn to be responsible! It is on you when the customer does not get their food!!!! And me that I ordered from this place more than 20 times! Wow... unbelievable ... will not ever buy from this place just because of the terrible customer service!!!
Who knows now where my order is:))))))
I just paid for no food!!!

Vanak Restaurant catered our event and did an excellent job. The food was delivered on time, beautifully packaged, and incredibly delicious. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and clean. Our guests loved it, and we will definitely be ordering from them again!
We searched for a Persian restaurant to dine at while we were staying in Boston and tried Cafe Vanak. The restaurant was very clean, even the restroom. The staff was friendly, courteous, especially Youcef, and went above and beyond to provide the best dinning experience I have had in years if not decades. Having worked in restaurants I could tell the extra steps they performed to make the dinning experience exception, even if they might not be noticable to the average dinner. Then the food was absolutely amazing.

We got the ash reshteh and saffron chicken (with cherry rice). Incredibly authentic Persian food, very warm and hospitable service. Would recommend for Persian food in the Boston metro!

One of our favorite take out spots. We always get the fesenjan and the lamb with dill rice both are SO good.

I really like this place. Not just the food. The staff is also super warm and friendly. I highly recommend visiting. I recommend trying their Kalle Pache (enough for a family of four). Very tasty and well made. I also recommend their lamb shank, kebabs and sandwiches.

I truly wish I could give more stars to this restaurant but unfortunately I can’t .
Learned about Vanak from google search & was super excited to try it out. Arrived at the restaurant past 8 pm to be told they No longer serve food because they close at 9 pm :( !
So I had no choice but to order take out -
The beef koobideh was good , Chicken not as good. Salad Shirazi old and washed out .
Overall not very happy with my experience and most likely will not return to Vanak .

I have been in Boston for one week, and for two of my meals I went to Cafe Vanak. The food was awesome. I tried Koobideh Kabab, Kashk Bademjan, yogurt, and Doogh, all of them were delicious. I highly recommend Café Vanak

The lady who takes the orders was very rude and not customer-friendly at all. When we entered the market, her looks and words were really unpleasant. I honestly don’t understand why someone could be so prejudiced or disrespectful. I didn’t get a good feeling from either the market or the restaurant. I won’t choose this place again for shopping or food.
