this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed...

I always go to this dunkin during the week for work because it’s the closets. I order my go to $6 dollar meal deal all the time because it is perfectly made. The lady on the sandwiches and the man on the coffee. Always making the coffee phenomenal. takes time to make it taste the best. And the lady always creating such a great sandwich and hash browns. Hands down best dunkin ive ever been to.

Very convenient Dunkin underground in the Alewife station. Drink order is made incorrectly maybe a third of the time, but most of the employees are very kind! This little stand is peak efficiency; only a few times I had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order.
