We visited Eastern Lamejun Bakers on Saturday and loved everything about it! The staff were incredibly friendly, and it was our first time trying Armenian food — everything looked and tasted amazing. We especially enjoyed the lentil keofta, meat lamejun, preserved figs and apricots, and sesame cookies. This visit made us want to learn more about Armenia’s unique culture, language, and cuisine, which are distinct from Turkey’s. I personally love this kind of handmade, homestyle food — simple, honest flavors you could enjoy every day. Highly recommend this place if you love discovering new tastes! And nothing beats their cookies and sweets with a warm spiced tea — a perfect weekend treat!

One of the seven wonders of the world! Fresh lahmajun every day! Incredible. Only frozen lahmajun are available elsewhere. You must make a pilgrimage here at least once. Take home a box with a dozen. You will be delighted. Also got Aleppo pepper powder here.
