Pasta heavy dishes that are mediocre. Mainly giving one star because of all their signs saying to vote no on question 5. It says workers say no, yet the owner put up the signs. Just be honest and say this owner asks you to say no because the owner thinks it will hurt the business because the owner thinks it will squeeze less total money out of you. I think this is gross regardless of how you stand on the issue.

The very nice place with the cozy interior and friendly staff. The pizza is delicious. The crust is ideal. Besides pizza, they have salads, soups, meats, pasta, desserts etc. The price is good. I have tried pizza and will come back to try some other foods. Another important good thing is that this place is extremely clean!! If you like good quality food, this is the place to go!

I love this place! Every time I go here, its always so delicious. The chicken gnocchi fra diavolo, the toasted ravioli, and the tagliatelle bolognese all always hits! Dining in or doing takeout are both great options. This is one of my top favorite Italian places in the Boston area!

Fiorella is a restaurant where the food is always very good, the ambiance is pleasant, and the service is excellent. However, I have one consistent complaint: no matter how I order online, whether for delivery or pick-up, they never include utensils in my order.
Even if I specifically request utensils in my online order, it seems they always forget—or perhaps it's intentional. Additionally, when at the restaurant, utensils are not readily available to customers. You have to go and ask the staff for disposable utensils.
Overall, while I greatly enjoy the food and atmosphere at Fiorella, the lack of attention to this detail is frustrating and detracts from an otherwise excellent dining experience.
