Incredibly small portion on the steak entree. When I asked to pay for more meat, the manager was offended and said it was 10oz (it wasn’t more than 6) he said I could order a whole other meal. Majority of the meal with fries. Not surprising considering how cheap the restrauant looks anyway. Manager is not a people person. Very poor service
I try not to make a big deal when I order food and it's a little off, or not quite what I ordered. I tend to be even more forgiving now, since Covid has had such a big impact on local businesses. I definitely tried to give Mark and Toni's in Belmont the benefit of the doubt, but that was a big mistake. I have ordered from them five times now, and not once has the food been correct. Mark & Toni's Coal Fired Pizza offers fantastic food, with the pizza being the best in the Belmont/Watertown area. The crew is very friendly, and the place provides a relaxing atmosphere where customers feel at home. The pizza is crispy, thin Neapolitan style, and flavorful, cooked in a coal fired oven that heats it at a very high temperature. Popular choices include the buffalo chicken pizza and the sausage, peppers and onions pizza. The coal fired wings are better than any place around, healthier than fried options, and kissed by just the right amount of spices. The restaurant also serves excellent Greek-inspired sandwiches, cheesesteak subs, and burgers, along with great salads made with their own house Greek dressing. Customers can enjoy a beer and wine bar with a selection of craft brews. The service is quick and friendly, making it a wonderful local spot worth the visit for the tremendous food.
