Super friendly service. Clean restauran. black raspberry milkshake was amazing. Also serves food. Ordered a burger was very good. And they have a kids menu with a slider and fries. I’m gonna get that next time.

This place survives on location alone, not quality. Moozy’s is right in the heart of Belmont, surrounded by families and houses, so it looks busy. But don’t mistake foot traffic for good ice cream. I paid about $6.80 for a small cup that tasted chalky, overly milky, and just bad. The kid behind the counter handed it to me with chocolate-covered, sticky hands, leaving fingerprints all over my cup. The counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in days. It feels like no one’s supervising, just a group of teens running the place on autopilot. If this shop were anywhere else, it would have already gone down under. The only thing keeping it open is the prime location and the outdoor seating. Definitely not worth your money. STOP GIVING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO MID QUALITY PLACES. Charging $6.80 -something for a small??? better be delicious (You would be better off getting a pint of ice cream from the grocery store)

Not sure how they are still in business serving up melted ice cream. It's like your eating soup!! It is seriously SO HOT in this place it's unenjoyable to even be in there for 5 minutes. Will take my business elsewhere from now on. I recommend getting an AC.

Stopped in to this local ice cream place, got a juicy hamburger and salty fries, and a dill pickle. Nice quick lunch. (I’m usually in the mood for ice cream, but this time I tried something outside the box. It was good!). Plenty of parking nearby, just be mindful of pedestrians (lots of kids with their parents).

I was super defeated the first time I came into this ice cream shop 2 summers ago, I was around the area and decided to give it another shot, not only were they the sweetest people ever, the ice cream was absolutely delicious. The General manager Michael was super nice! We went over all the flavors and he let me try almost all of them, I ended up with the black raspberry and there new holiday froyo! Today I placed an order for an ice cream cake for my father’s birthday, very pumped to try it. Sometimes we don’t realize it takes one person with outstanding work ethic to change an environment for the better! 5 stars over all and I can’t wait to bring my kids and husband soon! Thank you Michael once again, you and your staff are the best :)

I've been going to Moozy's since it opened. In the past I would have always given Moozy's 5 stars but the service has come way down over the past year or so. The staff is not attentive and appears as though they don't want to be there. I've see unsanitary behavior (not cleaning blender, not properly rinsing utensils) and a lack on consistency in the product. I've also seen friends of employees go behind the counter to get food or to engage with staff. Management really needs to vet their employees better as the current staff is below par. Needless to say, I'll be skipping Moozy's in the future and pursuing other options in the area for ice cream and much better service.
