This is the first time that I’ve been here and also the first time I walked out of restaurant that fast.

I ordered papaya salad, pad Thai and fried rice.

I ordered the papaya salad with medium spicy. It came out with no chilli in sight and not spicy at all. Besides that, the taste was nothing but disappointing. I finished anyways because it’s $16.

The pad Thai was straight sugar and oily. That’s all it tasted like, i tried to down one more bite but I couldn’t do it. The egg in the pad Thai was fried and boarder lime burnt. I immediately just order the check and leave.

The fried rice was also super sweet for some reasons and very oily.

We were planning to order some to go for some people at home. But I was like immediately not.

This place is not cheap at all so I do not recommend people who actually love Thai food to come into this place, I will not go back myself.

The wait was extremely long though it was not full. The restaurant is clearly under staffed. Waited 10 mins for a table, another 10 mins to get water and food ordered. It was almost an hour until food arrived, which was a salad. Food was way overpriced.

Ordered the papaya salad, tod mun, and larb and all were really yummy and I highly recommend. The ingredients were fresh and the food wasn’t oily. I’ve had a lot of thai restaurants that disappointed me but this one was good!

The best pad thai I’ve had in a very long time! Also, the muscles are delicious!

To go order - missing drink and crab Rangoon was burnt. Surprised and disgusted that they would charge me for food, knowing that it wasn’t edible. No, we won’t ever be back.

Best Thai Food in New England! This is our family's favorite restaurant for over 23 years. They offer brown rice as a side order or in their excellent Fried Rice. Can customize dishes to be Gluten Free for Celiacs.

The owner/chef, Dan Tanabat, is amazing — so courteous and friendly! He came by our table personally to make sure we enjoyed the food. And the food was amazing! Some of the most authentic Thai food in Boston, but none of the notoriety it deserves. Also, I really appreciate the atmosphere here. Too many good Thai restaurants are lacking in the atmosphere, but not Patou Thai! Dim, romantic lighting, white table cloths, leather menus, and antic Thai decorations line the interior, making for the perfect date night spot. I highly recommend this restaurant!
