Not my cup of tea pun intended. This spot has great reviews and I’m not going to knock them for it. It really depends on the type of Boba you like but it was too watery for me. I got the honeydew and it was solid but not something that blew me out of the water. It’s ok but I think I’m going to stick my go to spots.

This place could be better. I will give credit where it is due, as the worker at the counter was nice, and service was moderately fast. However, the Milk Tea was overall below par to places I have had, as the milk tea seems to have more of a water base than a milk base, and the boba pearls were alright.

Often come here after playing pickleball down the street, great refresh after a workout. Service is friendly. Best avocado smoothie I’ve had, they put actual avocado in. Delicious!
This place was amazing the bubble tea 10/10. My dad really liked their ice cream. Although it’s a bit quiet could use some friendly music. Adorable decorations the staff was very very friendly. I love this place so much.

This place is FANTASTIC. Best avocado smoothie I've had in a long time, and their milk teas are amazing.Super friendly staff.Note for the owners/staff: only negative is that it was very sterile and quiet, it could use some music playing to liven things up! Maybe a folding sign on the sidewalk to get foot traffic too? I hope people find this place!! You have a great product.
